Problem to authenticate
Hello! Yesterday, in my enterprise core, we suffered a power outage. Unfortunately, our OpManager can't permit to logon anymore. Moreover, the option to use the authentation in Active Directory is no longer available. I think that the database is corrupted. How we can solve this problem? Problem removing device
When trying to remove a device, I get the message: "unable to find the object x.x.x.x". But it still shows up in the Overview. Any ideas?

Disable notifications of Performance Monitor during daily scheduled window
I am wondering how we could prevent Email/SMS notifications of a specific performance monitor (ex. CPU Utilization) during a set range of hours every day. In our environment we encounter heavy CPU Utilization between 7pm - 1am every night. I do NOT want to receive notifications during this time since the high CPU Utilization is expected behavior during this time range. Is this possible, and how would we set this up?

Specify count in REST api getPingResponse
I'm looking to periodically get the ping response time for various machines. This doesn't seem to be available as a performance monitor, so I'm looking at using the getPingResponse REST api call. Is it possible to control the number of packets it sends? The REST api documentation doesn't list any parameters to control that.

Netflow stats linked to device reports?
We are running the latest build of OpManager with the Netflow plugin. Is there a way to enable linked netflow stats to device summary pages or reports? If we click on a device in the web interface there is no section that shows any netflow data. We have to go to Network > Netflow to see that information. Any way to link/integrate netflow data with the general device property pages?

CPU Utilization not displaying on one server
Good Day, We are experiencing a problem on Opmanager with one of our servers, it does not want to monitor the CPU utilization for the server and displays the "No Data Available" image. We use WMI to monitor the server information and the credential we use does have access to the server. If we test the credential it displays that the WMI access passed. Add any widget to custom dashboard that references a VMware host?
Maybe I'm doing something wrong here. I'm trying to put together a dashboard where I want to display details about my VMware vSphere hosts. However, out of all my devices none of the VMware hosts show up as a selection. Anyone else experience this? Something I am missing in the setup?

Hi My OpManager server went down over the weekend and now OpManager will not restart. I have checked that JAVA is installed correctly and that the SQL connection is also correct but still no joy. I have tried to attach the wrapper logs but the Desktop link doesn't appear to work?. Thanks Richard
Migrate Database from SQL 2008 R2 Express to Full SQL 2008 R2
I am trying to migrate the database from SQL Express 2008 to SQL 2008 full on a different server. I followed instructions for a MySQL to MSSQL transfer as those were the only instructions I could find. When I launched OpManager after I specified the new server it shuts down. I checked the logs in the new SQL server and OpManager was looking for a database that was not there. Hello. I installed Opmanager11_x64 on a physical server. I tried to discover all switches (50) in one subnet, but OpManager does not identify all interfaces. I don't want to manually rediscover all interfaces on every switch.I raised maxmemory option in opmanager/conf/wrapper.conf to 4096. It doesn't help. What should I do?

Unable to clear very old alarms
Hi, We have a probe talking to a central server in our OpManager setup. On the central server we have 3 alarms that were generated one year ago, on the central server we can only acknowledge the alarm and not clear or delete (as expected), on the probe server the alarms are not listed at all in any of the views (e.g. Show All Alarms). Is there any way to delete these alarms from the Central server? Thanks
Alarm Removal from Central
Boss has asked me a question that quite frankly I never thought about - In opmanager Central - we have alarms going back to when the system was installed. He would like to get rid of the old alarms. I am thinking this is a repository to show history and the intent is that the old alarms are not meant to be cleared or else there would be a delete or clear button to do so. We have no problems clearing alarms on the probes but that doesn't fold up into central. Is this behavior what we should expect
Changed IP Address on Central Server and.....
After I changed the address on the central server the probes went RED yet I could still jump to them but even after rebooting the central and probe servers the probes still showed as red in the central server. In my example below the words CSO_Probe and Guest_probe turned red and main stayed normal because that probe is physically on the central server. What do I need to do to fix the probes after I change the address of the central server. Thanks in advance.

I want to use the folder monitor/file count monitor to watch a folder on several remote servers. The folders should be empty if everything is okay, and if there is a problem on the server some files will be generated and the folder will no longer be empty. I've added a folder monitor with the folder path I want to keep an eye on, and the rule tests okay. I set the file count threshold to >=1 and rearm value to <=0. we need to have traffic report on some interface monthly , so when i go to interface and click on the graph the graph traffic shown without any problem and when i select ( report option ) to select the date and time and select last week there is no problem too but then when i select last month or any custom date bigger than 7 days it shown fake graph or gust last 7 days graph !!! please help regards
