We are experiencing a problem on Opmanager with one of our servers, it does not want to monitor the CPU utilization for the server and displays the "No Data Available" image.

 

We use WMI to monitor the server information and the credential we use does have access to the server. If we test the credential it displays that the WMI access passed.

 

The DCOM, RPC and WMI services are running on the server.

 

When I use wbemtest to connect to the server it connects to it successfully.

 

Where in which log file can I see why the cpu monitor for the server does not display? Please assist in fixing this?
