Send a list of parameters in the API request
Hi, There are some API requests that accept parameters to filter the repsone; like discovery/searchDevice which gets deviceName a the parameter. How could we send a list of values (more than one value) so the response includes all devices which are meeting criteria? e.g : discovery/searchDevice?deviceName=[192.168.20.2, 192.168.20.5] Thanks
Get a list of default "Types" and "Statuses" in OPManager via Rest API
Hi, There are someendpoints in API which list all default Vendors or Categories in OPManager (device/getVendorList and device/getCategoryList respectivly). I need such thing for gettting a list of all default Types (Windows 10, Linux, ...) and Statuses (Clear, On Hold, Critical, etc...) in the OPManager database, via Rest API. Is it possible? and what's their API endpoints? Thanks
Filter listDevices API response with added time and isNew
Hi, On the documentation of OPManager's Rest API, the parameters of device/listDevices are listed as deviceName, Type and Category. But how could one filter the output based on if a device's isNew vlaue in json response is true, or the added time of the device if after a specific time (or inside an interval) Thanks
Getting last modification time of a device via Rest API
Hi, How could we get the last modification informations of a device? This information should comprise these data: The time of last modification Items which have been changed in this modification What's the API endpoint to get these information? Also, Could we have the last polled Time of a device's status in the OPManager and with API? Thanks
Edit custom report
Is it possible to edit the definition of reports in OpManager - for example changing the fields/columns included in the report? I'm only seeing an Eton to delete reports from the report list, and the More Actions menu in the report only contains Email, Print, Copy and Schedule.

Opmanager with a SQL 2017 back end
Hi there, We're looking to upgrade the back end we have for Opmanager. It's currently an old instance of MSSQL 2k8R2. We're looking to upgrade to 2017, however the software requirements don't make any mention of 2017 - http://opmanager.helpdocsonline.com/hardware-and-software-requirements While it lists a number of SQL versions, it also says they're minimum requirements. If it can't handle 2017, we'll have to just upgrade the instance to 2016, but I'd rather future proof a little more if I can.
Opmanager layer2 discovery map not working
Installed opmanager yesterday and trying to generate a layer2 map. Enabled snmp on my switches (C3750) and added credentials like so: public public@2 (for vlan 2) public@3 (for vlan3) etc... But the generated map only shows my workstation and the pc with opmanager installed, and the switch itself. Tried with 2 switches, same thing. If I add the switches under Inventory/Devices, most everything about the switches is discovered. I also tested mib-browser agains the list of OID's and that is working.

netflow to stop snmp data collection in opmanager
my opmanager stopped to collect SNMP data from network device after I enabled netflow output to opmanager. have special settings to enable polling in opmanager? because I do not want all of interface to enable netflow output. Thank you.

Admin/Oper Status - Interface Summary - Line Protocol status not updating
I have an issue where an interface's line protocol status is not being updated on OpManager's Interface Summary page. This is the current line protocol state of the interface on the device itself which has been down for 5 hours now. This is what is reflecting on OpManager. Because OpManager doesn't reflect the "Oper Status" as down, an alarm wont be sent to Service Desk Plus, which results in a breach of the SLA with the client. If anybody has any idea how to fix this issue or has some sort of work
Throughput testing with Internet
Something similar to SpeedTest.net. I have Netflows configured which is great because it can show me how much Internet I am using but if my ISP is having issues I wan't to know if I am seeing slow downs. I have a URL monitor setup for www.google.com and www.office.com but that just gives me response time and up\down monitoring.

Interface Last Polled Bandwidth value widget not changing color in dashboard
Hi, I have configured custom dashboard with several widgets with last polled interface bandwidth value. When these values reach thresholds they don't change color in dashboard but if I enter in the device, then in the interface the diag color has changed. So, the issue is only in dashboard. Can anyone tell me if this is regular behaviour? Thanks!

How come are the POST requests being sent without a body, and send parameters as query strings in URL?
Hi, AFAIK, The parameters of a POST http request will be wrapped and sent in the request's body (in json format or form-data format) not as quey strings in the URL (like what we have in GET requests). I'm curious how do some of OPManager's API URLs work, as their method are POST, but still they have all required parameters in their URL, and nothing is mentioened to be implemented as the patrameters in the POST's body. An example would be: addServiceMonitor (POST) : http://localhost:8060/api/json/admin/addServiceMonitor?apiKey=081c9ac51ba16ab061d5efee583dcd2f&autoDiscovery=false&serviceName=test2&portNumber=119&timeOut=5&failureThreshold=1

Hi, What's the difference between these two returned parameters in the API response? statusNum numericStatus I'm also wondering what's the mapName and what's the list of it's available values? does isSNMP indicate if the device is SNMP enabled or it declares the SNMP credential were OK? Hi, In "Alarm severity levels in OpManager" article, The different system device statuses are mentioned as following: 1)Service Down: When is service down and URL monitor is down 2)Attention: When the device is down for the 1st poll in availability 3)Trouble: When the device is down for 3 consecutive polls in Availability 4)Critical: When the device is down for 5 consecutive polls in Availability. Customize Device Snapshot Custom Dials
I understand it won't be a full customizable device dashboard (thought that would be awesome too), but at the very least allow proper scaling, selection and ordering for the metrics along with customizing the name of the widgets or changing it from a dial to a bar graph or table This screenshot is from a SQL server with many disks. Downtime Scheduler Help
Here is the scenario we do monthly patching on a number of servers. Great ill setup a downtime schedule for these servers so we don't get needless alerts. Say the maintenance is scheduled for 2 hours and i setup a 2 hours downtime schedule. But since i'm such an efficient admin i actually finish in 1 hour and now i want to check my servers health and start monitoring again. There appears to be no way to Cancel the downtime once scheduled. If i try to disable the downtime i get the message "Unable

Monitoring selected Interface
Dear, Can anybody help me in customizing the interface. I would like to monitor only few templates like Ex: I want to monitor ten gig 1/2/3 from one switch and gig 0/1 from a firewall and few more from other devices and put them together into one separate dashboard. Is it possible?
