Create custom heatmaps in OpManager
I currently have a couple of applications that have around 40-50 tcp monitors each and I would like to be able to consolidate that data into Heatmaps on our Dashboards. Is there any way possible of doing these type of specialty widgets in Opmanager? Thanks, Ken
Need to be able to delete Business Views in Bulk
Opmanager Version: 12.4.054 MQ SQL Dbase backend We currently have 200 business views and we now have to go into each one, do the Copy As, then go back to the Business View List, find the old one, delete it, then go back to the Business View List and find the Copy As one, then rename it and save it. Then rinse and repeat. That is awhole lot of clicking, scrolling and clicking and scrolling. Is there a way to bulk delete Business Views to speed up this process? TIA, Larry

Getting disk size usage of a device
Hi, Is it possible to see and monitor the Disk size usage of a device in OpManager? I mean the the total disk space, the used/free disk space and the equivalent percentage of them. Currently I can see there is an I/O disk usage for virtual devices (Kbps), but is that the only thing about disk we have? Also if there's such thing for disk size usage, is it accessible through getDeviceSummary API endpoint like Dials property, for disk I/O usage? Thanks
Email notification are not accurate
Dear Support we notice the email notification for device alram that we alreday set are not sending to user as expected. example 1: I got email attention notification when my device down but when the device back to normal no clear email notification has been sent. The issue not always happen sometime i got both notification the attention and clear. Example 2: Sometime i got clear eamil notification but the aatention notification i did not get.
Notification (Email) for ONLY disk/partition usage
Hi, I haven't been able to find a way to create a notification alert (email) to send alerts for ONLY partition/disk space. Seems it always chooses CPU and memory utilisation under thresholds and then I have to go into each device and untick it manually. Is it possible to do this in bulk as we have 100's of devices. I need monitoring size of Windows Log Files (Security.evtx + System.evtx + Application.evtx) I created (and associated) 2 custom File Monitors and setup "File Path" field: a) C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs\Security.evtx b) %SystemRoot%\System32\Winevt\Logs\Security.evtx but when i tried test this Monitors i have error - File not found Why? Hi, I am new in OpManager. I am monitoring the router and set the interface monitor (ex. ifInOctets, ifInUcastPkts ) I have set the threshold for this also to get the alerts. Event Log Monitor Formatting
Everything works great with the event log monitoring so far especially for monitoring domain-level changes such as security groups or GPO changes. Hello, I'm trying to configure backup with NCM during testing credential fail with this error copy startup-config tftp://<OPManager server IP>/2_ConfigFile.txt vrf default Trying to connect to tftp server...... TFTP put operation failed:No route to host the error is because in this switch vrf is not configured with default name but with "custom" name. where can I change it? Is it possible to have different "custom" name based on device?
Cannot add windows credential in opmanager installed on linux server
Hi, We have just purchased opmanager premium. I have set this up on a Linux Server. When I try and add a credential, there is no credential type for Windows. There is only snmp and telnet credential types. Am I able to add a Windows credential type to my Opmanager server running on Linux, or do I have to install Opmanager on a Windows server to be able to add a Windows credential. Is there a way to disable automatic discovery of devices?
I would like to stop OPmanager from rediscovering all the devices I delete and don't want in my monitoring. When I seach the forums, I can only find very old topics which don't seem applicable anymore and I can't seem to find the option in the settings. This automatic re-discovery is driving me insane. I just want to monitor a static set of devices.

Hi, How could we get the device OS name and version via API request? In the listDevice and getDeviceSummary endpoints, there's a type property which is giving the OS name in some cases (like windows 2008 R2, Windows, Linux (without any more details), ...) But it also has the values like Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series or Compaq Device which obviously aren't OS names. API call is blocked on central server
Hi, I want to call getDeviceSuammary and many other device/interface specific endpoints on a Master-slave installation of OPManager. But I get this error mesage in API repsone: {"error":{"message":"This operation is blocked in Central Server.","code":5004}} However, The call of listDevice endpoint returns the correct answer without any error. What's the reason and how could I get details of the devices which are behind probes? Thanks

Hi. After I Upgrade OPManager to 124033 service pack, I cannot connect to server by mobile app( I tested android & IOS app) but it established on web browsers.
