Feature request - themes
Hi, Can I ask that the inclusion of themes is available in MSP edition please? The files are all there but a support request advises that themes are not supported in MSP (one is an ideal match for our corporate colours) so added as a feature request! Thanks, Larry

SNMP Monitoring not working in Linux
Hi, I have configured snmp in windows machines and its working fine, but I dono how SNMP has to be configured in Linux to monitor CPU, Memory and Disk usage. I have started the SNMP service. Hello In the past days i tried to discover the interfaces of my devices (server,switch,router) and most of the interfaces of the servers doesnt show up. Hi, I just installed OpManager version 7.0 but I am not able to monitor Cisco routers 851 and 871. SNMP is enabled, but the software can only monitor response time and availability, but not CPU and memory usage.

Rediscovering a Windows2003 server turns it into Windows NT! problem occurs anytime you rediscover a w2003 server (2003 R1 and R2 both SP2). anyway we can remove the Windows NT template? I can believe companies still uses NT. lol
Russian names of SD categories in "Log a ticket"
Cyrillic names of ServiceDesk categories are incorrect (wrong encoding) in Configure Profile Details window of "Log a ticket" notification profile. The same is actual for cyrillic Prioritiy and Technician fields.

Printing Report from Device Snapshot Screen
On the 'At a Glance' report which is selected from the reports drop down box on the device snapshot screen - the layout of the report itself is such that whenever the report is sent to the printer (or viewed for that matter) the description field is cut off without telling what the actual interface is under the description column. Auto Starting OpManager7 on RedHat Linux
I cannot find in any documentation or online a pointer that indicates how OpManager 7 is to be setup to auto start during a RHEL system reload. Usually, packaged systems install a startup script then register the script so the system admin may start/stop/restart using the "service" command. Do I need to create my own startup script, or is there one available that i have simply missed? Thanks
Exchange monitor
I am testing Opmanager and so far it has done great but I am trying to test the Exchange monitor. All I get is Alerts Exchange Service is Down. I know the service is up. The username and password are good as I get AD info and other monitor info. Any help? Thanks

More Than 10 "Recent Alarms"
I'm running MSP v6004 and was wondering if anyone knows of a way to display more than 10 "Recent Alarms" on the "Home" tab. For those with higher resolutions this would be a huge benefit as we could see a lot more simultaneously. TIA

I am collecting two Values via snmp from an F5 BigIP 2400. These SNMP OIDs are for a VIP on the external VLAN. Device Templates appling does not remove monitors

Problem with Domain Controllers
Hello! My OpManager Version is 7010. I have a problem with one of our Domain Controllers. It's the second time that that happens: -> one Domain Controller is lost (restart or malfunction) -> after restarting the server it gets the ip address from another Domain Controller -> the ip address of the other server then is 0.0.0.0 -> after that OpManager says "Device is down" Where is the problem?? If I do a ping to both servers they show me their correct ip address. Only OpManager swaps the addresses

Hello, I have a new server that I want to move Oputils to, I upgraded the old version to the latest 4324 and the new install to the same, is it a matter of copying the OpUtilsDB.fdb file over to the new server and starting OPUtils?
Can not "remove" custom monitor from a device
During my trial I created a custom monitor and added it to the windows 2003 template. I only needed it for one server. I can delete it from all but one other w3k server.

3com switches trunks are always seen as down with OpManager 7 when individualy ports part of that trunk showing up. Discovery runs and well detect trunk capabilities but seems unable to see it up and monitor the link status.

Suggestion for Business Views Feature
We currently have some servers with multiple physical interfaces linked to a layer-3 switch which provides a separate VLAN connection for each interface. Currently we can only configure a single link between devices but it would be very useful to configure 2 or more. Is it possible to see this feature in the near future? Thanks.

MOST OF THE PROBES NOT available after update to 6005
Hi There, MOST OF THE PROBES NOT available on central after update to 6005 please respond ASAP. We did the upgrade on the central server to version 6005 from 6004 and this seemed to go good in the end. BUT the probes do/did not update automatically! All were red. After a reboot some probes manage to update, most of them did not. OpManager 7.0 - build notes
Can you please direct me to a list which shows what things are changed in each build that you release. A list or thread is needed so we users can determine if it is worth the time/risk etc installing that particular build or waiting for a later one. I would suggest it be a sticky that cannot be replied to by users and you add a reply each time you release a build and include what you have changed. more OPManager v7 PROBLEMS
we have a daily job extracting data from the URL database, however after the upgrade we are not able to get any data anymore. It looks like data from previous was not migrated properly and it's now using a different DB... may we know how we can fix this? Thanks
