config file manager problem

My system configuration is as below.
Version of the product: OpUtils Bulid 4301
Operating System: Windows Xp SP2
JDK/JRE Version: JRE 1.50
Browser and Version: IE 6.0
I am facing problem in this particular tool named "Config File Manager". I set up a demo using cisco router 2600 and cisco router 2800 and cisco switches 2820 series. Cisco 2600 router and 2800 IOS version is 12.2 and 12.4 respectively. Cisco swtches uses version 7.0.
Problem 1:
I managed to capture the config file for the router that uses version 12.4 instead of 12.2. Your manual said version 12.0 and above will be able to work. The function did not manage to grab the config file for my switches.I would like to know the reason behind it.
Problem 2:
If i run op manager and op utils on the same computer i cant capture the config file. It will prompt me a error " Unable to Bind port". From the troubleshooting section. it stated that port 69 is used for this particular function. I decided to stop op manager and the function manage to work. Therefore deduce that op manager is also using port 69. So it is possible to change this port 69 to other port inorder to make op manager and this "config file manager" work together?
