Where are the file NTHR-MIB referenced on Configuring SNMP agent in Windows NT Systems?? My NT Server is not working fine without this support.

Hi, I have tried to create a custom monitor for "memory used" on a BIGIP. Both add monitor via mib browser and add bulk delta the values. I need a gauge type.
switch port mapper
Hi all, Iamb a newbie to opmanager so please forgive my ignorance. Iamb trying to get switch port mapper working on one of my switches but cant figure out how to set it up on the switch. I have a linksys SRI248GA4HP with gu. Every time i try and use switch port mapper it comes up saying that "Data not available. Please check device availability and SNMP parameters." Does anyone have any suggestions?
Windows 2003 Server Occassionally Drops
Hey...i've got one server that for the second time now just quits talking via SNMP to OpManager. I'm using the same settings as I am for the other Windows servers... today I went in and all of the info was greyed out in the server status screen. test the credentials, and it fails. got into windows, check the SNMP service and everything seems fine, however OpManager will not talk. I'm running OpManager on a Windows 2000 server using the lastest build. the server is a one year old Dell server (poweredge)
Query Unmanaged Devices
Hello, I am in need of assistance in regards to pulling data from the MySQL database. I need to pull the devices that are on maintenance, the common name of the device, and when they went into maintenance. This query will go into a daily email script. Looking at the table "elementsonmaintenance" is only slightly helpful, as I am having difficulty matching the two columns within to the rest of the database... Thanks in advance!
Selected Service Monitors down but no notification
Hi Support, I am monitoring some services and under the notification profile, I have selected only a few of these services to trigger email alert. When the selected services were down, there is no email notification sent but alarm was generated in opmanager. I can see the 'alarmCode in checkAndNotify SERVICE-DOWN' recorded in the log but there is no 'Send Email Notification' entries in the log However, the email notification will be sent if I select ALL the services under the notification profile.
No Data available error for CPU, Memory and Disk IO-hP Serve
Hi, We are setting up OpManager 7. And successfully configured solaris and windows clients. However, for HP-UX servers, unable to get the CPU, Memory and Disk IO graphs. Getting "No data available" error. We want these details using SNMP and not using CLI. Please advise. Thanks in advance Reks
Todays availability is always 100% uptime
Hi, All our servers for different customers have the same uptime which is always 100% even though we have tried to shutdown some of the servers just to see the effect, they also have the exact same uptime.

I use the OpManager to one 6 months. Today I perceived an error when trying to add WMI monitors. Error: Exception occured in savePolledData api. Somebody knows as to solve this problem?
No Graphs on Interface Details and Templates for D-Link
Hi all for testing i installed the ne version of OPManager. Its a very great Tool. My Problem is, that i see no Graph-Pics on some diffrent Network Interface Graphs. The Strange Thing is, that SNMP recive some Datas from the Server. Also OPManager got the Trafic details but cant create no Graphics. Iam also looking for a Template to integrate my D-Link Switches and Access-Points. Is there a way to Download this?

Error uploading MIB
Hello, I am trying to upload a MIB to manage a Raritan KVM. When I try to parse it, I get the following error: Error parsing MIB:SX-MIB.my Exception while loading MIB:Could not parse the file C:/PROGRA~1/ADVENT~1/ME/OPMANA~1/./mibs/SX-MIB.my The error occured at the line no: 47 ,column: 9. For the table and row OBJECT-TYPE construct the ACCESS value should be 'not-accessible'. For other constructs the ACCESS should contain one of these values : "read-create , not-implemented , accessible-for-notify
Reports
Hi, I am using OpManager build 7024. I would like to know if I can generate a single report for selected routers interfaces showing the TX/RX traffic over a period of time. It seems the only option I have is to select the interface from the device snapshot and print its statistics. That way I am ending up have multiple reports and I have to do this every day as I can not have them scheduled to run automatically everyday or so. Thank you Ramzi
Problem with Performace Graph
Hello We set the parameter for detailed statistics to 15 days. Today (28.01.08) we check the Traffic Utilization of a WAN line for the 14.01.08 and the error is : Sorry, no data found for the selected period. From my point of view we should still have data for the 14.01.08 I tested this with another WAN line and there is the same error. Best regards Roberto
Monitor Hard Disk Failures on Hardware Controller Card?
How can I Monitor Hard Disk Failures on a Hardware Controller Card as they are not reported in Windows Disk Management or Event Viewer?! Our server are HP ProLiant ML370's and use RAID1 and RAID5 on a hardware controller card therefore not managed by Windows! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Matt

Hello, I am facing some problems when I try to monitor tree of my servers. The process to do this was exactly the same to all the other servers I have added before, with no problems. I add a new device (ex:10.2.220.30), the device is added, but without service or performance monitors. [MSP6003] Java.exe on probe memory leak
Right now we are facing are very very serious problem with our MSP 6003 probes. On all of our probes java.exe is causing high memory utilization. We have to restart the Opmanager probes on a hourly base right now, this is very time-consuming and that's ofcourse costs money!!

limit of managed nodes for free OpManager 7
Hi I recently upgrade Opmanager 6 to 7th version. Version 6 of opmanager was released free for up to 20 managed nodes while ver. 7 is released free for up to 10 nodes. Since I have to deal with up to a dozen of nodes I was warried to do such an upgrade but I noticed that the system kept on managing all my nodes even after the upgrade. Properties for new Infrastructure-view Opmanager V7
When creating a new Infrastructure-view, standard settings are made for the view. It is not possible to choose some of the SNMP-monitors for desktops in the new view. Is it possible to make a new view with the same properties as the Desktop-view, if You wish to Group teh desktops in different views?

Servicedesk & OPManager on same server
Hello, We are currently running a licenced Servicedesk Pro 7 om port 80: (http://servicedesk) I am trying to install a demo copy of OPManager on the same server. The setup run with no problemens an I set it up on port 8080. When setup finishes it says that the port is already in use. I tried to change the port, but it still tells me its already in use. RPC Server unavailable
Hi, I am using OpManager MSP 6005, and have one Windows 2003 R2 server that I can not add Windows services for monitoring. I keep getting "The RPC server is unavailable" error. I checked that RPC and WMI services are running and ports 445 and 135 are not blocked. Also the account and password are correct. Several other servers on the same probe are working just fine. How can I fix this problem ?. Thanks Gus
OPManager 7.x on same box as ServiceDesk Plus
I currently have OPManager build 6016 and ServiceDesk Plus 6.x on the same unit. This has been running for quite a while just fine. We are getting ready to upgrade the OPManager to the 7.x product. Will there be any issues doing this with the existing ServiceDesk Plus 6.x product on the box? When the ServiceDesk 7.x migration pack is complete will there be any problems with having both of the latest OPManger and ServiceDesk Plus on the same box? Thank you... just want to be sure before updating.
