Problems monitoring some Servers.

I am facing some problems when I try to monitor tree of my servers. The process to do this was exactly the same to all the other servers I have added before, with no problems.
I add a new device (ex:10.2.220.30), the device is added, but without service or performance monitors. Heaven when I manually give the Vendor (Microsoft), Category (Server) and Type (Windows 2003), the performance monitors appear but they don�t work.
I have SNMP and WMI enabled on those machines, tried already with the firewall and antivirus disabled and none of the monitors work.
When I tried to test the monitors the error was the following: The Monitor did not respond to the test request.
And when I test the credentials, SNMP and WMI return Failed.
Another error appear sometimes: Authentication Failure: null.
Can someone help me with this issue?
