Selected Service Monitors down but no notification

Hi Support,

I am monitoring some services and under the notification profile, I have selected only a few of these services to trigger email alert. When the selected services were down, there is no email notification sent but alarm was generated in opmanager. I can see the 'alarmCode in checkAndNotify SERVICE-DOWN' recorded in the log but there is no 'Send Email Notification' entries in the log

However, the email notification will be sent if I select ALL the services under the notification profile.

I am currently using OpManager 7 build 7024.

Pls verify and revert asap as we need to monitor all services but only selected services are required to trigger notification alerts when they are down.
