Windows 2003 Server Occassionally Drops
Hey...i've got one server that for the second time now just quits talking via SNMP to OpManager. I'm using the same settings as I am for the other Windows servers...
today I went in and all of the info was greyed out in the server status screen. test the credentials, and it fails. got into windows, check the SNMP service and everything seems fine, however OpManager will not talk.
I'm running OpManager on a Windows 2000 server using the lastest build.
the server is a one year old Dell server (poweredge) running Windows 2003 server (standard edition) with the latest service pack. have two primary applications on the server - microsoft SQL express and Merak Mail from IceWarp.
any ideas welcome! not sure what to do with this one...THANKS.
