Hi All Backstory: Couldn't get ManageEngine Netflow to start this morning (running on Windows) after many failed attempts. I ended up uninstalling v11 and installing v12 and what ever the issue was went away and app is running as expected. Question: Can I import the data files from the old installation example (C:\Program Files\ManageEngine\OpManager\data\Router_50001\20191126141558398_5000001.txt) into the new installation? NCM Login issue
hi, We are facing issue when we login the switch via NCM. we have set privilege level 1 user and set enable password with privilege level 7 but NCM unable to login switch because after login with privilege level 1 we need to enable 7 for login. Please suggest us is this possible to change any file of NCM so that it could login with enable 7 or any other work around. Snapshots are attached for your reference.

Hello, I have network with Cisco DMVPN with Hub and Spoke router, in brach office I have spoke router with Tunnel interface that receive traffic, I apply "ip flow monitor nf-monitor input" on LAN intraface in my case G0/1.10, in auto on NetFlow I see upload traffic from G0/1.10 to Tunnel, but I can't see download traffic from Tunnel to G0/1.10, so I apply on Tunnel "ip flow monitor nf-monitor input" but same before.... In this state I can see only one direction, see that traffic inbound on Tunnel

I want to recieve consolidated report, but when I input: "//<server_address>:<port>/nfaapi/json/device/consReport?&ResolveDNS=false&apiKey=<api_key>&BussView=false&IPGroup=false&filterStTime=00&filterEdTime=06&DeviceID=5000002&Type=speed" it returns "Error: Invalid data entered". NFA reports All Routers TimeSync issues
Hi, When i go into NFA , it is reporting that all my routers are out of time sync, i have checked all the Routers and they are going to the same GPS SAT Time server as the NFA Server is. What could be causing this? Also i notice that everyday, NFA does not produce graphs or stats for a 8 minute period - allways between 10:10am and 10:18am Can you advise what i can do here ? Cheers, RH
