Bug - SCP has hardcoded http:// reference
SC+ loads the scpdetails.js file used by the Help > About dialog using a hardcoded http url. If you are running SC+ over https, browsers will not load a mixture of secure and insecure content, so the request to load the file is blocked by the browser. e.g Chrome reports the following on the console: Mixed Content: The page at 'https://XXXXXXXXXXX.com/Support.do' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://www.manageengine.com/products/support-center/scripts/scpdetails.js'. A few issues after upgrading to SD Plus Build 9038
1 - Under Resolution tab, the Resolution field does not display correctly. See screen shot 1 below. Note the edit bar and the default position of the cursor. Under Request Edit / Resolution, the Resolution field displays correctly. See screen shot 2. SDP Notifications Ignore Font Setting
Hi, I have all my notifications set using the Verdana font from the notification web editor. Format type is set to HTML. However, any content variable (ie. $Description, $Title, etc.) reverts to a Times New Roman font. The rest of the notification will pickup and use the verdana font correctly. It makes for an odd-looking notification. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Or why the font is not being applied correctly?

Drop down menu in incident forms
In IE11, we have an issue where the drop down menus for selecting various things (such as the technician) requires that it be clicked twice. The first time it is clicked, it will appear very briefly and then close again and our technician has to click again. While very minor, it is still an annoyance. This does not happen in Firefox or Chrome. Only in IE. Thank you.
Can't login using local administrator account
Hi, It seems I am affected by the inability to use local administrator account to log in to SD+. Since this account is the only one with appropriate priviledges I would like to ask for help. AD integration is working fine and the AD accounts can successfully log in. SW is Windows Server 2003, SQL 2005 I am 100% sure approx 3 weeks back, the login was working as I was changing some notification settings. No SD+ updates since then (and not even moths before). Security updates most probably did happen
Business rules not working
Hello, I am unable to get business rules to notify via SMS or email. Earlier this week, I had 1 main rule that triggered notifications.This rule has been working for months without issues. I recently added another rule that would trigger a notification based on different criteria and since then none of the alerts will trigger. I have since removed all notifications from all rules and added new rules with very basic constraints and I am still not getting notifications. I have verified that mail functionality
Autologon non working
Hi, we need to integrate the SDPlus site on an existing portal for a customer, that wants autologon. I tried starting using the code at https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk-msp/faq-general-modules.html#customization2, but it doesn't work. I think it's because the HTML page doesn't offer the domain field. Am I wrong ? If so any idea how to fix it ? Simone
Receiving Duplicate emails from a scheduled task
I have ADSSP set to automatically restrict users when they are either inactive for 30 days, their account is disabled, or deleted. I also have the results of this emailed to me. It occurs every Sunday at Midnight. The task is working well, but I get 2 emails from ADSSP every week when it happens. They are identical, and I'm wondering if the task is running twice, even though it only shows up once on the console. Is there a way to check the database for a duplicate schedule?
Unable to Connect
I just updated my AD Manager to 6280. I'm experiencing problems accessing the Lincense link as well as other links under the Admin Tab. I keep getting the following message. I only receive it when accessing the console remotely. Is anybody else having this problem after the update?

Issues with SP 9036
I just installed 9036 and noticed two issues right off. 1. When I click on the "Requests" tab on the main menu, I always get a message box popup at the bottom of the screen that says: "We are happy that you've found the right solution!". 2. When I click on the "Admin" tab on the main menu, I receive an unformatted page with all available items as an Ordered text List. Has anyone else had these or similar issues? Thanks!
Turn off Technician Auto Assign
Hello, Technician Auto Assign was mistakenly turned on in our environment. We are using SDP v9.0 patch 9035 with a MSSQL backend. When I go into Admin->Tech Auto Assign and uncheck 'Enable Technician Auto Assign' the save button is greyed out and I am not able to disable the functionality. Please advise on the best way to turn off the Technician Auto Assign functionality as we do not wish to use it. Thanks, Sean
Unable to customize notification profile per device
I have always been able to change the notification profile settings from a device page. For example, when viewing a device, I click on Notifications, then click the edit button, and I can modify it and it saves for that device. However, now it takes me to the global profile settings. After I select the criteria, it takes me to "Select Devices" and lists all my devices. It should just modify the profile for that one device, rather than redirect to the global profile
Java Updates Not Downloading Again....
This problem appears to have come up again. The links to the java updates lead to a page from Oracle that says a license agreement must be signed before download is permitted. Site availability for technicians
We have a site configured with custom settings. Some of our technicians need to pick up tickets from both 'default' and the custom configured site. When I went into the technician configuration form, under available sites the custom site did not appear. However, from list view of technicians, I can select a technician with the check box, drop down the menu and select 'associate to site' and I am offered the custom site as a possibility. E-mail Fetching Randomly Fails
I’m demoing ServiceDesk Plus 9.0 Build 9035 and sometimes the mail fetching works fine and others where it will delete the message out of the inbox but it never shows up as a Request. Also, I’m not getting any e-mails I’ve set up in the Notification Rules (e-mailing reports works though). I've restarted the service several times and verified all of the fetching settings are correct. I’ve attached the support file. Any ideas?
After 9035 update
After we did the update the admin tab is now just a big listing. Which makes it much tougher to find things. Is this just a setting or an issue with the update. As we have the latest version installed for another department with no issues. This is how it looks now.

We are seeing the error message below in Desktop Central under MDM / Enrollment. Anyone know what this is? Did not see this before today. Maybe a port that needs to be opened? Windows Notification Service(WNS) is not Reachable! Desktop Central is not able to reach WNS, Contact Support with the server logs.
New ticket issue
Hello, we have SDP build 9035. When we creating new ticket and english-named requester, everything is OK. But if username is in cyrillic, we have alert "requester name does not exist. do you wish to add new?" and no matter that requester was imported already. Also, we lost body of ticket, only subject is remaning. How can we fix that?

Enrollment Reminder in 5202
Does the enrollment reminder not work in version 5202? After upgrading it seems to have stopped working. One of the main reasons for upgrading was an issue with the enrollment reminder in the previous version we were on ALWAYS showing. Now it won't show for any reason.
Export reports to excel
Since i upgraded to 6270 i'm facing a strange issue with exporting the long reports to excel because the data is coming distributed to many many sheets inside the excel file 1st sheet will contain 5000 record and each other sheet will contain 150 records only i cannot find any option to control that so i think it's a bug

Old flash versions still showing in inventory - DC90111
Hello DC people, DC version : 90111 There have been many new versions of Flash player in january. The fact is : now I have 5 differents versions of it in DC inventory (see screenshot), which looks like a bug because some computers are reported to have 3 or 4 versions installed. Source and Destination showing 0.0.0.0
I setup all my firewalls to send netflow data to Netflow Analyzer running on CentOS 6.5 last night. Everything was reporting correctly when I logged off last night, but when I looked today the source and destination fields showed all traffic with 0.0.0.0 in the source and destination. Below I pasted the netflow relevant configs and versions.
