greetings, im having problems installing Service Desk Plus with SQL 2014 is compactible with this DB? because i install the native client 11, and comand line 11 but in the moment whent i test to conect to the Instance show "Loggin failed" i need to install some native client specific?
url monitoring (without proxy)
Hi Team, we have few URLs which i am not able to access with no proxy setting. APM installation is also not using any proxy. so suggest me how can i monitor these urls? is it possible to set proxy setting for each URL separately.
Approval Status and multiple approvals
I am concerned with the approvals process for a request - we have a situation where a ticket requires multiple approvals from the same person to approve progression through each stage of the resolution process. (or in fact, multiple approvals at all) I can see that I have sent an approval and that the approval was given, but there is no information visible about the message that was sent (even the subject line). Even if this information is not visible from the "Approvals" tab, it would be good
Additional Fields cant be bulk updated
Just recently when we go to bulk edit tickets, a message saying that the additional fields for selected service requests will not be updated. we have a template tat has a lot of updated fields and invariably needs to be edited. We had not seen this error before. Is this something with the update (9306) or is this something else?

Replies to requests disappearing when 'Send' button clicked
Hi For a while the occaional reply to a request has been disappearing down a blackhole. I reply, the reply window closes as normal, the browser window the request is open in refreshes as normal, but there is no reply added to the conversation, and no email is sent out to the recipient. If you then do exactly the same thing again the reply sticks & the email is sent. Today I have had to make every reply twice. The first one disappears, the second one works. I have restarted the server - No improvement.
iOS Tasks Error
Hello Help Desk, Attached is an error message we receive when trying to view tasks from the iOS application. We used to be able to view these, but now we get this error. Hi, I'm having a error message here when i install back the manageengine firewall analyzer, It says "an earlier version of firewall is already installed on this system. Hi, when I create a new change request the State Subimission just show me . Subimission -> Requested , Requested for information and Submitted for Authorization Planning - > Planning in Progress For otheres state also. The Accepted and Rejected not show me in change template . The Accepted and Rejected stay disable. I need to delete a report that was created by someone who retired and is no longer with the organization, but administrators don't cannot access private reports.
Search for Assets has no results
Preface: I've tried restarting the service, stopping the service and running reindexdata.bat, clearing cache and using a different web-browser, using a different computer. None of these have resolved my problem. I believe its something to do with my account. My coworker's accounts can use the Asset search and they receive results. When on my account in ManageEngine I am unable to search for assets. But when Searching for workstations I find my result. This means for every search I do for an Asset
SDP not accessible issue
Hi guys, We have a newly established SDP built 9309, with MSSQL - and twice now it suddenly stops working - when you access the site it gives you: error page cannot bedisplay 1. server is accessible ; but even loading the SDP client gives the same error 2. services is running (we needed to restart the service to get it running again) 3. org.jboss.util.NestedSQLException:No ManagedConnections available within configured blocking timeout - this is the only error that we've got from the time the issue

IE 11 issues with 9307
Since we have upgraded from 9238 to 9307 (MSSQL), IE 11 users are reporting that they are having issues closing tickets as well as entering new requests. When closing a ticket, they fill out all of the required fields, hit update and the screen goes to a new request screen and the changes are not saved. URL Monitors not working after updating iDRACs
Hello, I recently updated all of our DRACs and have noticed that the URL monitors for these sites are now coming back with the error: The URL https://172.20.11.6 is down, Reason : Host Unavailable I have logged onto the server that hosts Opmanager and am able to reach these pages fine so I'm not sure why the monitors are reporting that it is down. Unable to access "Resource Actions" or "Account Actions" dropdowns for ONE resource group
I'm running PMP 9.0 on Linux (upgraded from earlier versions). Since the latest upgrade, I have one resource group where, even as a superadmin user, I cannot access the dropdowns for resource/account actions. This functionality works for other groups of resources with the SAME ownership/sharing permissions. Product Type page is empty and Add New Product Type throws an error
Within the Asset Management section of Admin, if I go to the 'Product Type' screen, I get no list of product types, just an empty white screen [screenshot attached]. Time out by one hour
Hello, I am having an issue where the logged time for our calls is one hour behind. See the attached where a call that was logged at 8am, is displayed as coming in at 7am. The time is correct on the server and also the correct time zone is selected under individual accounts (Personalize etc). What needs to be done to fix this? Many thanks, Mike

(Reported with respect to ServiceDesk 9003 Enterprise) Essentially, I edited the SDGeneral workflow (no longer the default) and a duplicate of the SDGeneral workflow (which had been configured uniquely after duplication) changed to match the SDGeneral !! Attachments within emails - when clicked on - not jumping to attachments
Hi, Since the 8.1 upgrade I've noticed that when you click on an 'Attachments' link within an email in a ticket it no longer jumps down the page to where the actual attachment resides. Remove Support Groups from Custom Views Tab?
We had changed some of the names of previous Support Groups, and when we did, they remained in the CMDB. When I select "Support Group" in CMDB of the available CI's, these do not show up. However, if I view "All CIs" and search the entire list for one it shows up as the CI type Support Group. Now, while this doesn't bother me as most technicians can't see the CMDB, these groups still show up when a user tries to create a view. All of the following groups are no longer in the Active or Inactive list
