I have imported certain tables into Access 2010, and am building queries to do reporting. The current query I am trying to create is; what mapped drives does each user have. I have the Invmappedlogicaldisk table with 2 unique fields: USER_NAME & COMPONENT_ID What relationship can I link one of these fields to in order to correlate it with a valid user in the aduser table? If it needs to link to a computer and not a user, what is the relationship and to what other tables? Thanks.

up time reporting.
I have found a couple different ways to run an uptime report however i cant seem to figure out one step. My goal is to set a scheduled up time report to show boxes that have been up for more than X amount of days. I can make this report but the value of the criteria type requires specific days. It does not allow a set value like ">30 days" We could also do this however it it shows all boxes and its not scheduled. We could select a specific date range and edit it every week we wish to run the report
Desktop Central report not returning proper data and scheduling
Hello, we have a report that should run every Saturday for Recently Installed Software at 02:00. It runs, but does not include data for the whole week, just that day that the report ran. It used to run for the entire week, so something changed a couple of months ago, just don’t’ know what. Also, I tried to simply recreate the report under a different name, but the scheduler will not save the date and time. We recently lost our Desktop Central admin, so I’m learning on the fly. Can i run a report on specific files and folders?
I am trying to do some house cleaning and i need a way to identify if a particular host has either a list of files or folders on the drives. I cant seem to locate an appropriate task that will let me identify which systems have these folders on them. Is that something DTC is capable of?
Report of DNS entries
We are trying to run a report to pull the DNS settings off each host. Each host has a static IP configuration. We tried to pull this using custom reports. I can pull IP info but do not see a entry for DNS. Is there another location we can exact this data from for all hosts?

Scheduled Reports - Emailed URL Error, and Scheduled Report Request
When I emailed a report, which was stored on server, with URL sent in email, the link in the email is pointing to the wrong port. Desktop Central is installed to port 8383 the link is specifying 8020, which results in a "This page can't be displayed. Scheduled report - Computers without a specific piece of software
Is there a way to schedule this report to run? I've tried creating a scheduled report using the following options: Select Reports: Inventory reports > Computers with/without a specific software > clicked the + sign and configured with the following fields: Software Name > not equal > Sophos Anti Virus It seems to me the problem is when you run the report manually, you select 'Does not equal' but this option is missing from scheduled report area as you can only select 'not equal' and this generates

Hardware Report for Disaster Recovery
For the past number of years we have extrapolated what we need from SCCM, and used Microsoft SQL Reporting services to put it in a nice friendly view. For every server that must be recovered, we've found the following list of hardware items is needed. What I would like is a way to do this just through DTCentral, and toss out all of our SQL Reporting if possible. Hi, We have a user that isn't showing in our Logon history or Logged on Users reports, even though when on the Computers section of Inventory it clearly shows his user account being logged in on his machine. Issue with filtering inventory reports after V9 Upgrade
Greetings, After upgrading to Version 9 (build 90001), we are having a problem with filtering inventory reports. We are using the standard "Computers with/without a specific Software" report. Once selecting the software (specifically, all machines without Java 7 update 55) We generate the report and then try and filter the results by computer name. In reports, this does not work (after hitting enter or pressing the go button, nothing happens). When doing basically the same thing under Scope

Lost functionality in Inventory Reports > Local Group Members with build 80364
Hello, I applied Desktop Central Hotfix 80364 last Saturday (19 April) and now my "Local Group Members" inventory report, which used to display members of local groups such as Administrators, is no longer getting updates from our 145 Win 7 x64 workstations (a couple of WinXP workstations and an offline Win 7 x64 workstation are still showing up, so I know it's been working until very recently).
