User Login History

We have 1600 Windows PCs in a non-AD joined system using DC to manage and patch  the Windows PC.

If we enable Windows Audit logging, is DC capable of generating a report by user for each PC listing the user name and login activity.

IF not,  is there a solution that DC would allow us to distribute that could collect that information?
