Hi everyone, I currently have a ticket open but would like to see if anyone has found a solution. Placed my DC Server in a private subnet with a route to my NAT Gateway. I have created the proper security group with all necessary ports (per ME's docs for DC) and attached it to the EC2 instance. The connectivity tests all pass. What is the change? Desktop Central's patch management has released a new schema to support various features for Windows, Mac & Linux patch management. What will be the impact? If you are running Desktop Central version older than 100108, you will not be able to synchronise the latest patch updates. What should I do? Upgrade to the latest build on or before 9th May 2018, to continue using patch management.

Why does the distribution server replicate the same configuration every time?
I have a template setup with about 5 different software that I need to deploy to a new computer. Most the time it is to just one pc then later I might have to deploy to another. I noticed that every time I go to redeploy the template that it has to replicate all the software to the distribution server even though that DS already has the software stored in its repository. Is there a better way to redeploy a template so that it won't have to replicate every software in the configuration every time?

Desktop Central service wont start
I have just installed Desktop central 10 on server 2016 std and everything install fine didn't erred. I now have the issue where the service just wont start. I keep getting the prompt that the service has stopped. Not sure why this, ps: tried to install the software on 6 deferent servers and no luck each time wont start, I have attached all the log files and would be grateful if someone could lend me a hand.

Hi We are testing the deployment for Autodesk product, we have 3 heavy applications to install on 100 PC and it takes 30/45 minutes to installing one (Inventor/Mechanical, Revit, Autocad LT) I run the configuration and the status goes to"Failed - Dati disponibili esauriti." I can download it from MS but my patch DB is failing when trying to dl. The rest downloaded just fine. I did notice that this patch DB shows that patch as 16 megs but MS has it at over 300. Seems 16 meg for a rollup is very small.

Removal of SCCM Client Script
Hi All, I am getting ready to deploy our Desktop Central client to all of our workstations, but i wanted to have something ready to uninstall the existing SCCM 2012 client from each computer once the DC Agent is installed. I have a batch script that i found on SpiceWorks that works great when its ran as an administrator locally on the machine, but when i setup a script configuration in DC it says it executed successfully, but it never did anything. How can I disable the - License limit has reached for customer - emails?
I'm running DC-MSP and did a client rollout this weekend. After the rollout I began receiving alert emails from Desktop Central informing me that i have exceed my license limit. When our original setup was done they created a remote office under all of our customers that contains our servers. Is it possible to move those servers/remote offices out from under those companies and into a new one called EX: Data Center? For clarity here is an example. Is there any way to revert the search button back to the old textbox as the new button is already a nightmare, the search is used daily be all staff to find devices and now you have to click first on the button, type the computername and then select 'computername' before being able to find a device. I've been using Desktop Central for about two years now. When I came onto my job, we were using a mix of WSUS and Desktop Central. I have since scrapped WSUS and stuck with Desktop Central for both 3rd party software installment as well as regular monthly Windows updates.
