Tomcat 6 monitoring problem
Hi, I really liked this product, it looks amazing. Im using a MySQL and Tomcat 6.0.13 servers. With MySQL everything worked right, but with Tomcat didnt. After I configure the monitor, I get the following message: "Error while collecting data from Tomcat Server." I already checked the URL : "http://localhost:8080/manager/status" with the user/password i provided and everything looks fine. Thanks very much. Best Regards, Bruno Arruda
AppManager 8 and SNMP failure
Hello all, I am running AppManager v8 (8000) for the company here with the professional edition. We have a problem whereby we add a novell netware server (defined as "linux" for convenience) with SNMP monitoring. If we add two hosts, the second host always causes appmanager to die with an "internal server error" red box trying to view the monitor details. The wizard indicates success monitoring the server, and it's added to the application, but we cannot pull up it's information page. Monitoring

Suggested New Features - does anyone else agree?
Hi, I have some feature requests - I'd be grateful if people reading this post could reply to confirm they also have an interest in these features. MYSQL DB Optimizing/Tuning
Hi! Ive 364 Monitors running on my AM Server 7 Build 7410 professional edition, Load Faktor is 9,5 to 9,7. I know, its too much for one server so im getting the Enterprise License in future, but it takes some time for the change. But if im looking what AM servers most usage is, its the mysqld-nt.exe. He works with 4 CPU (on VMware ESX) concurrent 80-90% cpu usage, but memory usage was very less with 400MB the whole server! Im not an mysqldb professional, but i guess there is some performance

Can App Manager serve my purpose?
Hi all, Please let me know if App Manager can serve my requirment! Requirement: In one our process flows, there are many places where files get stored and pass through different directories. Sometimes, files get hanged at some particular directory due to few reasons. Currently, these files are being monitored manually by checking the time they stay in particular directory. So, a proposal has been made to install a Monitoring tool which can monitor these file directories and send an email notification/alert

Slow Updates on Oracle Monitor Page
We are evaluating this product for purchase and are running into one serious issue, which will prevent purchase at this time. It seems that the Oracle monitor page is slow to update some of its data. For instance, we got an email alert today at 12:19am, telling us (correctly) that a tablespace was low on space. However, when we go to the monitor page, it still shows the tablespace as above the threshold and that everything is good, nearly 11 hours later. Likewise, we have set some thresholds on tablespaces

I am currently interested on set up a dashboard in order to monitor a JMX enabled Java application running on IBM WebSphere 6.0.1. I have successfully created the monitor for the application server (ie enable the PMI, deploy the perfServlet, etc), but I can not add attributes to a JMX Dashboard from the monitor associated to WebSphere.
