Microsoft has introduced a new bug into their Operating Systems with the download of CRL files from microsoft not working and it constantly spits out a crypt32 error. We want to ignore this error but still receive other application errors from the EventLog in Applications Manager. How do we do this?
No business view in Web Client with Firefox and Win 7 64Bit
We are trying to use business view of our monitors under Firefox (9 and 10 alike) and Win 7 64Bit but no monitor nor group icons are displayed. A test under IE 9 and Chrome worked, all icons are displayed correctly. It also works with Firefox under Win 7 32Bit. Is there a special option to use business view in Firefox?

Hi, For testing purpose, an admin tried the network discovery feature on a whole /8. The consequence was AM showing dozens of monitors. We deleted a network discovery in the Admin tab but AM is still adding monitors even if restarted. Is there any way to stop the discovery? Thank you -- Ali Mdidech

Problem With Script Monitor In AppMgr 10.3
I'm having a strange problem with Script monitors in Applications Manager 10.3. Symptoms: 1. The monitor dashboard does not display the current status of the data contained in the table. The data used to show up prior to upgrading from ver 8.6. 2. The monitor reports that the Health is critical even though manual inspection of the data shows that all attributes are within the "clear" threshold. 3. Basically when I connect to my jboss application manager does not give me any data to be monitored, after 10 minutes of health status must be set down, how can I fix this? For the windows servers we can view all the processes and monitor any specific processes.. Now suppose I have a process winword.exe running on the server.. Removing Server Entries
We user Applications Manager to monitor all of the servers at a customer site and us an agent installed on one of those servers to sent this information back to our main console. The customer is going away so we removed the agent and uninstalled it. Hi Support, It seems that if a single partition is larger than 1TB is not able to detect by Application Manager ? As in most of the monitor the Disk Utilization can show the detail while for those monitor where the partition is larger than 1TB, Disk Utilization show : "No data available to generate graph" just want to know whether it is a known issue or anything else needed to do in order to show it out . Hi, We are facing an interesting issue with the the body of the messages generated with alerts. We need to know the Root Cause of the issue. There is a variable that has this information, but given the way we have our system configured, the contents isn't what we need. We have a group that has several monitors.
