how to monitor jboss over internet if Jboss is running behind a firewall??

details :
I am trying to monitor jboss server which is running behind a firewall and I do have RDC access to it. Application manager is running on a machine which is running on different ip add range and I am trying to monitor jboss over internet .
-Jboss is running on ip range 172.30.192.**
-Application manager is running on ip 172.30.128.**
-Jboss is running on port 443
-Jboss verison : JBoss Enterprise Application Platform, version 5.1.1
