Monitoring Jboss 4.3

I'm trying to monitor JBoss 4.3 on a server in my problems but I webfarm monitoring. Basically when I connect to my jboss application manager does not give me any data to be monitored, after 10 minutes of health status must be set down, how can I fix this?
A very simple question, I wanted to ask if the file should be used only on jbossagent.sar version 5.0?
