Checking LogFile name Issue
Hi, I want to keep track of log files received. I created a file/directory monitor but I have a problem about logfiles name. File name is CL_20170426_000008_000_30181.log . File name starts with date ,continues numbers and ends constant number(30181-log information ). I cannot monitor these files because of theirs nonregular format. Hi, We use Helpdesk CMDB and add all CIs in it. Now, we can try to associate appmanager's monitor and servers in CMDB. Although server is saved in CMDB , it is added again with ip addres. My question is how can I associate existing servers in CMDB and AppManager, is this possible? Example of monitors is attached , If I click on the CI info , is there a chance to get me to the existing server instead of adding new one?

Yesterday one of the Oracle databases went down and our monitor kept showing the green status for availability. Hello, is that possible to generate reports for all Slow Transactions (and Error Transactions etc.) in a particular range of dates. So far, the report function in APM Insight can generate single date report which contains only partial data, for example the latest 60 transactions in that date. What we need is to see all Slow Transactions (also Errors, Top Resp. and etc.) from 00:00 to 23:59 in a day (or date range), not only latest 50 or 60 records which is insufficient. Thanks

Unable to connect Application Manager with Op
Hello, I added MS SQL servers in ApM and that's works fine, the monitoring is correct. Also, I added the server in the Op for monitoring the CPU, etc. Who I connect the reports from ApM in the Op? If I clicked on the "Applications" tab, in Op, and I add the MS SQL, it doesn't work. Is it a form to connect automatically the ApM for, when I access from Op, and I click on the 'Applications' tab, it show me the MS SQL? Thanks, Jordi.
