Schedule Reports - Report created but the Report Type is as null
Hi, Please help me with this issue. I created a Report on the Schedule Reports module in Applicactions Manager Plugin the report type that I chose was Availability but when a saved it it had Report Type as null. Deactivate monitor in applications manager "Do not manage"
Hi Could you help me with this case? I would like to disable ( "Do not administer") monitoring my HP-UX operating system to stop while an activity is performed in it and not receive alerts for CPU. This can be done from the console (SO) where applications manager is installed? My goal is to do it without entering the web console applications manager! Thanks for your help. regards
No Clear notification sent out

Monitor stayed green after Oracle going down
Hello all, We are using Application Manager 11 to monitor our databases including Oracle and SQL Server (around 60 databases). Yesterday one of the Oracle databases went down and our monitor kept showing the green status for availability. When we clicked on that specific database a error message is shown: "Unable to connect to Oracle Server. Replace the \working\classes\classes12.zip file from Applications Manager Home with \jdbc\lib\classes12.zip file present in Oracle Installation Home. Then restart
Execution time (Web Service Operation) not show data in custom dashboard
Hi, I have a problem regarding the date shown in custom dashboard. I have monitored 3 different wsdl sensors, each with SOAP request. If I go to the sensor to see the graph shows me polled data. But when I configure the SOAP request group graph in the custom dashboard error appears " Data not available for the specified type/user." I set Application Manager with 1 user obviously with admin. Group Availability showing as Zero even though all monitors show 100% availability and health
I have an issue that has only started recently. Multiple AppManager groups are showing as zero availability, however all the monitors in the group are showing 100% for both health and availability. I shut everything down and ran repairDB, which found a range of issues which appear to have been corrected. When running it a second time everything appeared to be ok. This hasn't fixed the issue. Any idea's? Running AppManager 8610 / Windows 2003 Server / Embedded MySQL DB.

Script Monitor shows no output in the output file, but still calls it a PASS
I have a custom perl script which monitors a custom application. AppManager reports is as passing, but there's a couple problems. First, in the output file I created, there's no output. I tried to tail -f the file, thinking that the data was removed prior to the next poll, but nothing ever shows up there. When run in a unix shell the ouput is simply: OK: All services are up=1 (I added the 1 thinking that's what it would match on after the delimiter.) Second, no matter what value I put in the

Physical Memory% Question
I'm using your trial sw to monitor 2 AIX ervers and it always shows the physical memory in 99%. I execute svmon -G and I see that 50% of the memory is free. Each server has 11GB and 2 tomcats with 2GB each.

custom dates not included in email report
When generating a PDF version of a report for a custom time period, the date range is displayed in the report header, but when you choose to email a PDF report for a custom time period, the date range is NOT included. This makes it impossible to tell what data is represented in the report. This appears to be an oversight, since the dates do appear in the PDF you can view directly from the application.
AppManager CPU Utilization
I have a fresh install of AppManager running on Ubuntu 9.04 and the CPU utilization stays at over 90% running a java process. This does not seem to come down unless I bring the AppManger down. Any help would be much appreciated.
