APM Plugin not functioning when accessing OpManager through Proxy

Hi, 

We're trying to use Entra Application Proxy to allow users to access OpManager off-network. We're able to to present the application and use the Opmanager features, however; when attempting to access the applications tab (APM Plugin), we're getting a "too-many-redirects" error. 

When testing with an nginx proxy internally, we are also having the same issue with the APM plugin. Has anyone been able to use OpManager through a proxy?
