Hello, I am trying to add a monitor for ESXi 6.7.0 and it throws an error on me that port 443 is not available. But in my ESXi I have it available. Is there still no compatibility for this version? Thank you!

API and Custom Fields
I'm new to Application Manager and was using the APIs to integrate with additional systems. One struggle I am having is figuring out how to retrieve the values Custom Fields assigned to a Monitor. Is this possible? I was thinking it would be similar to the tags API in Site24x7 does it, but can't find any documentation related to this.

Hi All, When a issue occurred more than 1 hour ago and the number of traces taken are more than 50, how to review the 51+ traces Go to APM Insight > [node] > Traces apminsight/overview.do?method=showDetails&resourceId=10025027&parentId=10016899&scope=INSTANCE&twID=H#I/TR/10025027/TW=hD Or is there another way to query this raw data ? We have a requirement to use Pagerduty to manage alerts. How do we integrate alert actions with Pagerduty? We currently raise tickets in Service Desk Plus from App Manager but now need to use Pagerduty instead to route and manage alerts prior to raising a ticket.
Servicepak Webpage is'nt updated
I you look at the webpage for Servicepak to Appl. Mgr (https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/service-packs.html). The newest release are build #13450. But if you look at the release notes webpage (https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/release-notes.html), can you see (but not download) a Servicepak build #13610 So why is the pages not in sync ?
IIS Application Pool monitoring
I need to setup a monitor for IIS Application Pools in IIS 10 on Windows Server 2016. I have setup the IIS monitor, it monitors the websites fine. But it shows none of the Application Pools, only directing me to a troubleshooting article. I have verified that everything is setup correctly according to the troubleshooting article but I still can't get Application Manager to show any IIS Application Pools. AppManager & OpenStack monitoring
Hi, we want to monitor OpenStack with openstack api in appmanager. We have user in openstack which has all priviliges to everything. It connects right to OpenStack APi on port 5000 and shows availability of openstack but there is no info about instances, images or services. OpenStack version is Pike. Hi, I have few monitors for long time, a couple weeks ago I grouped it to a new group and now I want to create availability report for last year. However, report shows info only from date when the group was created. It is possible to create some report which shows availability info from few monitors?

Can SMS alert messages be configured to be more succinct? For instance we are getting "roealc001w Warning – Monitor of interest : roealc001w Attribute of interest : Health Message: Health of roealc001w is warning Root Cause: CPU Utilization 55 > 50 % (threshold)." Hello, How can we retrieve a list of the monitor groups and subgroup created (ID, Name). Same question for monitors (ID, Name, Type, MonitorGroupsID)? web sphere monitor was working fine but recently showing always up although sometimes system goes down without giving the correct availability and health status on APM tool

Can I change downtime to scheduled maintenance after the fact?
If an administrator doesn't create a scheduled maintenance window and Applications Manager records the outage as downtime, can we change that to scheduled maintenance later? I don't see a way to do that, as I can't create a maintenance window in the past. If we are going to use Applications Manager to report downtime, we need a way to do this or the availability numbers will be incorrect. I did see that I can delete a downtime record, but I just want to be able to mark it as scheduled/planned instead

Xenapp "No Data Available"
I've added our XenApp servers (which act more like terminal servers), but I don't appear to be getting any session information. all the tabs between Performance and Event log just say "No Data Available". I've tried using my domain admin account, and a local account that is a member of the performance monitoring group and remote management groups. Still didn't get any info, so I added it to the local admins group and still nothing. I've verified that the account has access to the WMI's that it needs.
Change criticality of failed jobs (MS SQL)

i know there are a lot of monitoring feature for DB2 but a little has been included inside the manage enginee. for example i want to monitor for REORG status or RUNSTAT status and also HADR. i know it is not a hard feature to include i can just send a set of queries from anywhere and get those informations but it would be a logical if it was included with your product out for the box. i know you have added a lot of useful feature for Microsoft SQL and i hope it would be the same for all other DB
SQL Data Size Monitoring
Hi, We are currently beginning to use Applications Manager to monitor our SQL Server Performance, and we have noticed that there is one field that we would like to be able to see/alert on. We have some databases that are required to be created as fixed size with no auto-growth enabled. Is it possible to view the Data Size Used in MB vs the Size in MB, so that this can be monitored? Sending alerts on the fly
It would be great when viewing an alert you could send it to an action e-mail address. For example, a none action configured alert is triggered, on viewing the alert you could click on a button and select say yourself and/or the service desk e-mail address so the alert and all it's details are e-mailed to the recipient with also possibly a free text additional notes for further investigation by the recipient .
