Cannot choose options from self-service
Since the upgrade to build 6000, the self-service dropdowns no longer work. They show the text "ads.common.text.select_empty", and clicking on the dropdown provides no options, when there are really a couple dozen. Below is what I see:

I use HTTPS with a public subdomain attached and all working correctly. I moved on to testing the Windows agent and I am presented with the following. The access URL setting only allows me to enter the server name, but SSL will only work with FQDN. How to fix this?

Hi, is there any way to use plain white as colour scheme? Cause the 4 preset 'dark' colours dont match with our coporate design. thanks in advance
Disable Endpoint MFA for certain workstations or OUs
Does AD SSP currently have the ability to restrict which computers or OUs endpoint MFA is enabled on? We currently have a subset of workstations that use a group password, a few different ones in fact that are restricted to certain group of computers. I would like to be able to exclude those systems from MFA while enabling it for the rest of our environment. Thanks, Kenny
Basic Authentication EOL?
Good afternoon, in preparation for Microsoft making Basic Authentication end of life we disabled it for the account we use for SMTP authentication in ADSelfServicePlus. We found that this broke our notifications. Any idea if this will be addressed in an update? We are on version 5815. Thanks!

HI, Thanks for the recent Flat UI update for the admin console. will this also be extended to the GINA? I seem to remember seeing some screenshots posted on the forums here which showed a Flat UI for the GINA but after updating to the latest build the GINA UI is still the same as previously? Evaluating and have some questions
I am evaluating the ADSelfService Plus. I have a few questions. 1. I created some "Technicians" I asked one of them to sign in. They had never signed in before. I would expect normal behavior to be that the software would recognize they have never signed in before and walk them through creating an account with reset questions etc. then take them to the dashboard. In this case they went directly to the dashboard. How do I force it to set up someone that is noted as a Technician for password

Password Sync with OpenLDAP on Micro Focus (Novell)
After much trial and error and some packet sniffing, here is how I got it working. Recently I have configured GINA with VPN configuration. While testing I noticed ADSelfServicePlus Client Software has saved my password in clear text in its log file. When I checked with support I got reply that its normal behavior. This is very big security issue and can't be accepcted.

When users get the first screen to either choose "Reset Password" or "Unlock Account", and that page be customized? It seems very bland.

I am unable now to see the "Customize User Logon Page" link on the Admin page. We were running 5708, i upgraded to 5800 then 5815. At this point the Customize User Logon Page disappeared. Is it somewhere else, or did I miss something in the upgrade? How can I recover this, as i need to amend the User logon page. Thanks

ADSSP Client Issues after migrating to Okta SSO
We just recently enabled SSO integration with Okta to try and take advantage of Okta MFA. Everything seems to work fine but the ADSSP Client. Password complexity
Our current active directory environment allows for either/or of numbers and symbols. When configuring the password complexity in ADSelfServicePlus, I only have the option to add those 2 independently. So for example, I could set my password as Password1 in AD, but ADSelfServicePlus would then require me to set a password of Password1!. Thanks in advance! -Jared
