Enrolled Users Report feature request
Lets start with the Licensed User Report as an example.. The thing I like about the report is you can select multiple users (check box) and delete them. Enrolled Users Report only allows you to Disenroll one user at a time (no check boxes) and resets the report after each disenroll. If I sort the report by OU or any other column other than SAM account name it resets when I disenroll a user. Even the number of items to display on the page resets. Can we please update this report to allow multiple
Application error
Good Morning Support Recently we upgraded ADSelfService Plus to the latest version. That was done successfully. But we are having issues with wyse terminals that are logging into certain terminal and the ad self service tool. When they click on reset password, it just stalls. I have attached the event that is causing the issue with this particular terminal server. Thanks Dave
All user passwords have Expired, can I use the tool to un-expire them easily?
We have installed AD Self Service Plus, but not planning to roll it out until June. All passwords in the AD on our hosted system (where the software is installed) have unintentionally expired, and I need a quick way to get that problem sorted - as we have this software installed, I wondered if there was an admin level function which allowed me to un-expire en masse?

I am getting this error installing GINA on all Windows 8 Enterprise 64 bit computers. We are running ADSSP 4591.
Options with Secret Questions
Has anybody done anything where you present multiple answers for the secret question? For example, if I know what city they were born in, and present that city, plus two or three others. We're trying to come up with a with to provision the AD account, generate an email to the user (a personal email account) and have them change their password to the newly created AD account.
Netflow Analyzer and ADSelfservice on the same server?
Can I have Netflow nad ASSelfService installed and running on the same server? Netflow is currently using port 8080 and I would like to make ADSelfService availabe externally so it would be using ports 80 (redirecting) and 443. We already have a server running Netflow and are testing ADSelfService. Thanks
DTG definition - Password Expiration Email
Is there a way to keep the email from displaying the date format and only display the date itself? eg. 2013/05/11 11:10 (yyyy/MM/dd hh:mm).
Is data source two way (read and update)?
We setup the data source but when users enroll or update an answer to the question it isn't updated to the database. Is that how it is supposed to work? If it's supposed to update the question and answer then most likely the DB user we have does not access. Thanks.

Email Addresses ...
Where does ADSelfService store (or even request) alternative email addresses? It seems a bit pointless to only email the AD bound email address, since if the account is locked, or password is screwed, then so is their mail!

Domain migration questions for ADSelfService
Hello there, We currently use ADSelfService in our business and have been for several months without problem however we've recently migrated from domain x to domain y and have since had a problem with a lot of users having to deal with their password from both domains being separate. Can anyone confirm if ADSelfService can deal with password synchronization between user accounts on both domains and how I would go about setting this up? I appreciate any helpful replies Thanks!
Cannot log into AdSelf Service Plus Web Console
Good Morning Last night I tried to update the patch on Ad Self Service Plus to 4591. After following all the steps it failed and I couldn't see the logs. Luckily I created a vmware snapshot of the machine and I reverted back to that. Now I cannot log in to the admin console. I use the default username and password and it just stays stuck on the Log in screen. How can I log back in. Can anyone help please, I am racking my brains over this Thanks Dave

AD Self Service Single Sign-On
When i enable the AD Self Service Plus SSO option, it will not pass-thru authenticate users, but rather cause the web browser to pop up a credentials request box, but will not accept any domain credentials we try, however from the standard web interface it will allow login. What might cause this issue?

Is there a way to determine data displayed in Organization Chart for the users. There is more information in AD than is currently being displayed. Users can update that information but nobody gets to see all of it.

GINA font size in Win 7 installs
Hi, We recently installed ADSelfService Plus version 4.5 build 4544 in our environment. We have Windows 7 pro installed on our desktops. My question is can we somehow modify the GINA to display in a larger font? I tried to modify it on Configuration-->Administrative Tools-->Gina/CP Customization. (see attached screen shot) I can modify the text but can't find a way to increase the font size or make it bolder. From the ctrl-alt-del screen if you don't know to look for it you can hardly see the

4591 installed but GINA on Windows 8 not working
Hello, I installed and reinstalled GINA on my Win8 machine. I locked the computer and I still do not see the GINA. All the registry entries look correct. Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot? Do I need to push out a new GINA installer? Thank you
Can't set site based DC's
I can't set site based DC's after the update to version 4590. I get the below error when i try to add it: [SSPOUConfiguration] Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`adssp/sspouconfiguration`, CONSTRAINT `SSPOUConfiguration_FK` FOREIGN KEY (`DOMAIN_NAME`) REFERENCES `adsmdomainconfiguration` (`DOMAIN_NAME`) ON DELETE CASCADE) I was semi getting this problem before but i could always add it to the most parent directory now i can't even do that. captcha display issues
The captcha just about every other time displays weird. It seems to cut off letters. Can you please address this in the next patch? It makes this product look very unprofessional.

Problems with GINA
I have installed ADSSP 4.5 and verified installation of my license. I have added seven domains and successfully sync'd all seven domains with a custom service account with domain admin rights in all domains. I am able to parse the directory structures through ADSS, and I can ping all end-points that I'm attempting to deploy GINA to in each domain. I am running ADSS in application mode (not as a service) and the database is hosted on a a SQL Server 2012 Enterprise server. PROBLEM: I cannot get the
GINA/CP installtion on windows 8
Hi, Does ADSelfService plus supports windows 8. From console i have push GINA/CP client & installation was successful. However password reset/unlock option is not appearing on log on prompt. Please suggest. One more query, I have done re branding of ADSelfService plus, but still i can see ADSelfService logo when i click on Reset/Unlock password option which appears on Log on prompt. Locate build number
I am trying to determine what version of AD Self Service Plus we have installed. I can log into the site (via web console) but there is no link there to let me know what version we have installed. Does anyone know how to figure this out? I think we have at least build 4500 but don't know for sure. I want to update to the latest version to keep our system current. Thanks, Tim

My CheckEnrollment.vbs script isnt working. If I run the vbs script I dont get any responce. If I try going to https://SERVER/CheckEnrollment.cc via a web browser I recieve this page Sorry,the page you requested was not found. Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. New feature not working.
New new feature. "Option to choose the ‘Welcome Name’ that will be displayed at the top of the Web portal." Thats not working. No matter what I switch it too it does not display anything else. I even reboot the server. No luck.
AD Self Service - Ability to self select nominated groups
Hi there, Prior to downloading the product, is it possible for the User to select what Email distribution groups they want to be a part of? We have 12 open groups and 3 secure (senior management) groups - can we nominate the 12 groups to be available to the users and allow them to join themselves? This would save loads of work! Hi All and thanks for reading, Apologies if these have been asked before but we're doing a new implementation and our SOX/PCI team have a couple of questions. 1 - Is it possible to auto log the user out of the ADSS web site once theyve successfully changed their password.? 2 - Is it possible to add extra links into the pages eg using a custom template? 3 - Is it possible to have ADSS recognise if someones password has expired and then force them straight into changing their password. Reporting issue in ADSelfService
Hi, I'm trying to schedule reports for "soon to expire passwords" in AD SelfService. I have it scheduled to run once a week on Mondays at 6:00am. My proiblem is it sends out two notices daily instead of once a week. I did not really see anything in the users manual on scheduling the reports. Could you give me any pointers? Thanks, Jerry
