Good Morning

 

Last night I tried to update the patch on Ad Self Service Plus to 4591. After following all the steps it failed and I couldn't see the logs. Luckily I created a vmware snapshot of the machine and I reverted back to that. Now I cannot log in to the admin console. I use the default username and password and it just stays stuck on the Log in screen.

 

How can I log back in. Can anyone help please, I am racking my brains over this
