hi , when the End-User need to rest his password will receive notification code though SMS and The number of digits received 8 digits , is there any option to reduction the notification code though SMS from 8 digits to 5 digits .
Users unable to log in
We've had self service working for a couple years now. Users suddenly having issues logging in They go to the self service portal, webpage load, everything is fine. Enter their AD username and password. Text appears above the username field saying "Loading... Please wait" after about a minute, the login fails. That section of the page gets a big ugly box saying "This Page can't be displayed" Attaching screenshot. Any ideas?

By using html code is not recognized, remove the headwaters of the code. Nullifying the notice to the mail. I have validated under the environment with build in 5310 and works Ok the same configuration. Send "Soon-to-expire Account Notification Scheduler Notification" to manager only
Is it possible to do this? Our HR team would prefer this goes to the users manger rather than the individual whose account is expiring.

Hi, I've searched along the forums, but i cannot get it working: I would provide my users a https connection when resetting their accounts. I do have already a certificate, in .cer and .pfx format. I do not have a keystore file, which is mentioned in the manual. I do find solutions for other products, but they don't work. Hoping you can help me, thanks in advance, regards, Mieke

User Profiles on ADSSP Server
There are a lot of user profile folders on my ADSSP server. Nearly 3,000 taking up 6.51 GB. These users haven't ever actually logged into the server, just logged into ADSSP. Why would they have a profile created on the server, and are they safe to delete?

Change password form not being displayed correctly
I'm attempting the 32bit to 64bit upgrade of 5311. Everything is going very well with one showstopping issue. The 'Change Password' form for users is not visible, and therefor not usable. It looks like it's being tucked away into unusable screen space. If you look closely, you can see the border being drawn for the right edge of the form. I have attempted a clean install with no screen/form customization, but the issue persists.
Universal iOS App BOTH iPhone and iPad
Please can we have a UNIVERSAL iOS app for AD Self Service, both iPhone and iPad supported in the one app. The "zoomed" iPhone app on iPad is unimpressive. Additional, as asked by someone else, a specific button for "Change Password" and not having to select "Enroll" as users may already be enrolled. Hi, currently we evaluating the Password SelfService and i`ve found some confused Part. on the Report Section there is a pre-defined Report called : Security Question Report where i can see all registered Users with their associated Securit Questions and Answers in clear Text. Is it possible to hide Users Answers from any Report or can i delete the Report of the Security Questions completly from System ? thanks for any Tip ! Mario

I have managed to test using Organization Unit, but now I want only few people to enrol but I dont want to move their account to the different OU as they might loose other security settings. hello, currently i am trying to customize the GINA Settings, means add a Symbol (bmp file) over Configuration/ManagementTools/GINA.../Adjustment, but when deploy the GINA (Win7 Clients) no Symbol is visible at the Login Screen near the reset / unlock Text Line. is there any Trick to get this working ? thanks for any help ! Your account is not locked
We have multiple DCs in each of our sites and due to replication they are not all showing the user account as being locked out so depending on which DC the machine is authenticating against the user is intermittently getting the error that their account is not locked out. I've added all there relevant DCs under the site based DC configuration but this doesnt seem to work as expected. Is there a way to force the self service client to poll all of the available DCs for that site and if the account

We ran an audit and found that our ADSSP has ssl 3 enabled. How can i disable that?
Please add auto enroll automation
Please add a way to script the auto enroll feature. We only feed our users in by CSV and would like to automate that process. Having to log in every day to enroll users is very taxing. I asked almost a year ago and was told it would be done in a future release. That has never happened in the 3 service packs since. come on guys.. You cant have a request a feature button and not do any of the requests.

Issue with enrollment some users
I enroll users by external data source but there are some users that when they try change their passwords they get a message indicating that they aren't enrollment. ¿Are there any solution? Hi Support, I manage to get a user to register 3 questions, but when she tried validation process. Questions were shuffled, is there anyway to stop that?. Example: During registration user answer question 1,2 and 3 but during validation questions 2 will be first one, 3 will be 2 and 1 will be 3. I need questions to appear same way as they appear during registration. Thank you

Operator technicians and restricted users
In ADSSP I'd like the technicians with the operator role to be able to manage restricted users. At present only technicians with the admin role can do that and I don't want to open the system up too much in case of accidental changes. Is it possible to change the items the operator role has access too?

Restricted Users table
We currently have around 60,000 users in the restricted list. Using the UI on the admin web page is simply too tedious to clear the list out. Is there a way to clear that table out all at once? Trying to do it through the page is going to take days. Here are the issue's we've run into with how the list works now...it worked well when we were testing the tool, but we are finding issues now. Users are ending up on the Restricted Users list when their accounts are disabled, which is what we expected

Hello Guys, i am currently implementing ADSSP for a customer and now I need everyone to change their password in the system to sync it with active directory (and office 365). The problem is that i have to know when a person changes the password to start the sync to office 365 so that the users dont loose access to their office365 accounts. My Idea is that I have a task that triggers after the user changes the password. I know i can to that via the Eventlog with a little bit of powershell but i think
