ADManager integration with Ultipro / UKG not updating manager
Hi all, I am trying to get ADManager to update a users Manager / Supervisor by pulling from UKG / Ultipro. My integration works with users title / description. But the manager integration results in this message in the run log - All values for attributes
Automation tasks from Admin not showing
Not sure if this is by design but Automation Tasks that were created by the Admin user do NOT show up in the Automation Tasks of other users who have the Super Admin role. The weird thing is that the Scheduled reports created by the Admin user show up in the Scheduled reports section of other users. Basically we want to make sure no one is creating scheduled tasks that are doing the same thing.
AD Sync Time
Hi, We have had issues where accounts are in the Domain but don't show up in ADManager Plus. Is there a delay in how long new domain accounts will show up in ADmanager? I was of the understanding it was real time.
User Reports
Hi, Just a quick question. When I do a report on ALL users it doesn't include the member of so I know which AD groups they are in. If a do the report for All users in more than 1 group it gives me this, but misses users out with just domain users. Is there a workaround or report that will give me all our users and the groups they are in ? A
Unspecified Error occured while adding User in Client
Hey there, i want to use the Manager to add local Admins on all Clients of the Domain, if i use the the local User Manager and click in "create users" i get this error. but if i use now the "get local users" button i see the user i wanted to create in the list and if i use the net user command on the client i see that he created the user as a gast does anyone know wheres the problem ? i run the tool on the DC so there should be no problem with the permissions.
Modify Single Group update bug ??
Cant find recently created groups in the modify single Group list. when i do a "Search AD objects" in the upper right corner then de groups are listed. even tried the refresh option in the header this not resolves the missing items. Update domain details is also not the solution. what can be wrong ?? how to reset the list ?? or force a update ??
ADManager Plus Scheduled Reports - Save to Network Share
I need to be able to save the generated reports to a network share. I configured the Storage Path of the Scheduled Report to the share and verified that the service account configured for ADManager Plus has full control to the share. When the schedule runs it does not write any files to the share. Looking at the Schedule List it indicates that the manual execution was successful. Modify Single User Issue in IE
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue in ADManager Plus before? I have a group at my company that uses ADManager to update security groups using the "Modify Single User" option under User Management, but today they are not able to click on the "Modify User" button if they are using Internet Explorer AND the buttons are not lined up with the rest of the row. How do I create a mailbox using ADManager for a user who has already been created
I have to add mailboxes to already created user accounts. How can I accomplish this? When I try using the object itself, there are no options for the email. When I try using a change template, the drop-downs for server and database will not open. Any thoughts? Thanks, Adam

Issue When Creating Rules for Custom Templates
So I'm having an issue when creating rules for a custom templates. I have a template for creating users and I want to automatically populate the home folder directory field depending on the OU chosen for the specific user. My first 3 rules are working correctly. I noticed that my last 12 rules aren't working. I've also realized that the "select field" dropdown is showing up differently for each the rules that work, compared to the rules that aren't working. Excluded Groups doesn't work?
I'm testing ADmanager Plus for our environment and was testing on excluding specific groups of employees that are technicians shouldn't be able to see or edit. But after adding groups and even a specific OU for testing purposes and going ahead and signing in as the technician that has the exclusions I still see the OU and a profile that's under the group that was excluded while trying a task. Everything else seems to be functioning just fine but excluding Groups doesn't seem to be working for me.

Hi, We have "HeapDump-xxxxxxx.hprof" which are generated everyday in the "Dumps" folder of ADManager. Each weighs approximatively 4GB. I have checked in the support tab but I didn't see any scheduled task. Can you help me to disable those dumps please
Default user auto login
Hi Guys, My colleague who has installed ADmanager plus has recently left the workplace. When I try to access the system from any computer on the domain - It types in the default "Admin" username and password. This means any user who knows about the system existence may open it and edit my AD. How do I block the system from typing in the default admin? Thanks

Upgraded from 32 bit to 64 bit. Lost everything. Please advise.
I followed the instructions in this forum on upgrading ADManager Plus from 32 bit to 64 bit. I was able to get the 64 bit version installed. However, I have lost everything that I built in the 32 bit version. All templates, automations, webapp settings, and the service no longer will install or uninstall. Hi, we're currently on AD Manager Plus v. 6.2.8.1. I have not been able to successfully update the software to v. 6.3.5. I have downloaded a few different update versions, in the hope that one might work, but none have. The error I get is: "The ppm file that you ahve specified is not compatible with this product." The versions that I have attempted to upgrade using are ""6200 through 6292", "6300 through 6341" and even some of the other, lower versions. Can you suggest where I might get the correct

AD Manager Plus Upgrade not working
Hi everyone, I'm trying to upgrade my current version of AD Manager Plus 6.2.8 (Build 6280) to the new 6.3 (Build 6300). I downloaded the ManageEngine_ADManager_Plus_6_2_0_SP-10_0.ppm file from the website. Powershell debugging
Anyone know how to get debug information when running custom script? I have a script to run when a user is disabled that, if they manage and other users, re-assigned those users to the manager of the now disabled user, and then sends the new mamager an email. The user gets disabled OK, the process says the script ran OK, but the manager does not get changed and the email does not get sent. Any ideas? Mark Ashley Weston College

Hi All, I have been running ADManager Plus for a while now and been using HTTP to connect. I enabled HTTPS couple days ago and now I cannot access the tool. I get " This page can't be displayed" message. It did work right after I enabled HTTPS. Now the service does not start and netstat does not show port 8443. Thanks
ManageEngine ADManager Plus service won't start after upgrade
Hello. We upgraded our server yesterday from 6.3.5.0 to 6.3.8.0, and everything seemed fine. However, this morning we came in and couldn't get to the webpage. We logged onto the server and found the service was stopped, and would not start, giving this error: We then found out the drive had run out of space, so we extended it, freeing up 50 GB and rebooted the server, but same issue. Unable to add new Help Desk Technician in AD Delegation.
When trying to add a new technician, and I choose the 'Select AD User', the user I'm looking for doesn't show up. This user is in the same security groups as others but I can't find her. Also when you try to filter by groups, all the groups are listed but the 'Get users' button retrieves a 'No Matching Object(s) Found.' message. I've had very little experience with this AD Manager console but know how to use AD. I must be missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Issues with AD Manager Plus High Availability in an Azure environment
Has anyone else had issues configuring ADManager Plus High Availability in an Azure VM environment? I have been working with ManageEngine concerning the issue for a week or so. The tech, I have been working with, said our configurations are correct. He has not been able to get it working either even re-configuring HA multiple times. How to reset Built-In HelpDesk Account Password
We can't login with the built-in helpdesk account. The password fails and\or is wrong. When I login with the built-in admin account (successfully), I can't find any where that I can change that helpdesk password. Online help only talks about how to change the password while logged into the account, which we can't get logged in with. There must be a way while logged in with the admin account to be able to change the other built-in accounts password.
Removing High Availability from
Good Afternoon, I receive an error, when I try to remove the HA config on the primary server. It is stating that I need to remove the configuration from the secondary server. I am unable to load the secondary server's AD Manager, even when the primary server's service is down. I wanted to start from scratch on the high availability configuration, since we have been having issues with the HA and AD Manager.
