In the Program I used modify NTFS to remove inheritance from Client1, Client2, Client2000 

Then Added Domain Users This folder only (Read Rights)

Added Domain Users Subfolder and Files (Full Control)

It says it completed but when I go into any of the client folders and look at the permissions it shows only one line for Domain users has full control on this folder/subfolders/files

It did not make the root client have read only access on that folder itself and full control on the subfolders.

If I manually give these permission to the folder it goes in a two lines for Domain Users on for the Read rights on this folder only and one for modify/full control for the subfolders and files

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I don't want to have to do this for 2000+ folders manually.
