Unable to add new Help Desk Technician in AD Delegation.
When trying to add a new technician, and I choose the 'Select AD User',
the user I'm looking for doesn't show up.
This user is in the same security groups as others but I can't find her. Also when you try to filter by groups, all the groups are listed but the 'Get users' button retrieves a 'No Matching Object(s) Found.' message.
I've had very little experience with this AD Manager console but know how to use AD. I must be missing something. Any help would be appreciated.
