Hello, Just updated to the latest version of AD Manager Plus and it's great that ManageEngine added Office 365 support. Although there's nothing documented and it would be great if someone could tell me what it actually does in the background. We are fully on O365, running dirsync, adfs, and an 2013 hybrid server for managing the mail attributes for users. But I would like to switch all management towards AD Manager Plus. I'm working on setting up a new ADManager Plus instance for our Help Desk to use for basic account maintenance...unlocking accounts, resetting passwords, etc. This group won't have domain admin or account operator rights, so I've chosen the Impersonate as Admin option. User Creation Template Question
On the Exchange tab of the User Creation Template can I hide line in the attachment? I have two different templates with different defaults for "Mailbox Enabled User" & "Mail enabled user". If they change to a different mail type without changing templates it has non-desirable results.
Single Sign On from Service Desk Plus to AD Manager Plus?
Is it possible to retain the logged-in session from Service Desk Plus when using the "Jump To" feature to connect to AD Manager Plus? This would be useful as the same technician login accounts from our Service Desk Plus environment are going to be used in the AD Manager Plus environment. How to bulk edit user templates
Hi We are currently using Admanager plus for managing users. Recently we performed some major upgrades to our AD-Structure, and now our templates are outdated. We need to update the templates with new groupnames and OU's. Needless to say this will be a big task since we got over 200 templates. Is it possible to automate this task? I checked the psql db and found some tables that might help me on the way, but I would like to get some documentation if that's possible? Regards, Lasse

Report results dissapear
When I run any report the report results appear on the screen for just a second or two and then disappear. I then get the message "No data available for the specified criteria." I have checked my domain settings including my domain controllers and they are correct.

Hi there I need to create a report on a shared folder that will show the access users have down to 2-3 levels (of the sub-folders). Is this possible, or is it an all or nothing report? Find out who gave an admin more rights in AD-Manager
We have about 200 Admins in our setup in which 10 are SYSADMIN for the domain. Each admin was given the rights of a role on specific OUs. As a routine check, I found that one of the admins were given rights to far too many OUs and I now need to find out which SYSADMIN did that. The Audit log seems to only show tasks performed in the AD, but what delegation tasks were done on the admins. Where can I look?

DirSync enabled vs. Without DirSync
We're in the process of moving some users up to Office 365, currently only for Lync Online. Right now things are still in testing. During this process we are running DirSync to sync users between our local AD and Azure AD. Hi Would it be possible to send/extract/fetch the Audit log in AD Manager to a central log server. For example Splunk or EventLog Analyzer? Sure, you could use scheduled report feature and send an email. But that might not be the most effective solution. On the topic of Audit log, how long is it kept within AD Manager? Is it truncated at any time?

Impersonate as admin
My understanding is I can have any user configured as a technician in AD Manager Plus and I don't have to give them any specific permissions in AD if I have 'impersonate as admin' ticked. Is that correct? So - if a technician creates a new user the security log (on the domain controller) will show that new user as being created by the account configured in 'domain settings'. Is that correct? So finally; in AD Manager Plus would the audit reports show me which helpdesk technician actually created
