I am evaluating using ADManagerPlus to delegate controls to HR for mailbox creation and domain accounts management.

Any idea if ADManagerPlus will suffice, of cos taken into consideration that its minimal invasive administration.

Do I need to purchase any additional modules in order to achieve this?
