I'm working on setting up a new ADManager Plus instance for our Help Desk to use for basic account maintenance...unlocking accounts, resetting passwords, etc. This group won't have domain admin or account operator rights, so I've chosen the Impersonate as Admin option. That part is working fine.
On the same box that I have ADManager Plus installed on, I also have an ADAudit Plus instance running. We've previously had that set up to report account lockout and account unlock activities, and that option is also working fine.
When I was doing testing using my Help Desk technician to do some test unlocks, ADAudit Plus was reporting that the unlock came from the domain user that I have set up in the Domain Settings page. Is it possible to show which Help Desk technician performed the unlock from the ADAudit Plus alert email, or will it always show that single account that is set up in the domain configuration page?
