Special characters not allowed?
Hello All I just downloaded last version ADManager Plus 5.2 Build 5240 I just go to in Admin\Offices & Companies and added my company name in "Companies" tab - LTD "mycompany". when i was create new user with my company information, user was created fine but it shows company information like this: LTD mycompany (without ") this " is very important for me, can you help me to solve this problem?
Automatic Bulk Password Reset
We have a group of users that required us to automatically change their passwords every 60 days. Is there a way to automate this? Or in the very least, is there a way to create a recurring request every 60 days, instead of the maximum length of 1 month that I see in the robo requests?
problem with ADManager V4.4
There is a problem with ADManager V4.4 While I install the software there is a problem in loading the ADManager. The toolbar just can load until Application Layer after that i will remain same situation. Here is the Screenshot of what I mean: Why is that and what should I do ? Regards

LDAP Attribute streetAddress not available
I was trying to make a report that contained address information for one of our departments. While selecting columns, I could not find the Street field in the attribute selection list. I manually added the LDAP attribute streetAddress as a custom field but once added to the report, all of the fields are blank. I am currently running build 5231.
New Exchange 2010 Mailbox Store not available for selection in ADManager

After I installed ADManager, I found the need to create an additional Mailbox Store which will be used specifically for account creation. However, this store is not available in ADManager Plus. Enable Communications with CSV possible?
Hi ADM+ Team: I have users created with a template and just realized that you could enable communications (LCS/OCS Attributes). However, I already have a large number of users that do no have it enabled and was wondering if I could create a CSV file of the users and enable communications, select LCS/OCS server, and specifiy the sip? If so, what would be the attribute names and how would the CSV file look? Thanks.

Can you design a tool to capture and alalyze exchane audit logs and send email notification, similar to how AD Audit plus works? Can you point me to any tool that will do such a task? My company is currently looking for such a software.
Error: Reset Password Failed
We get this error message when users to try to reset their passwords using ADManager Plus. The full error message reads: 1. Administrator credentials in application do not match with the one found in Active Directory or 2. Mismatch between administrator's credentials in ADSelfService Plus and that of Active Directory. Any idea how to resolve this?
Creating 2010 mailboxes
Hi, We use templates in ADMP to create new user accounts and have recently moved to exchnage 2010 from 2003. I have migrated ADMP to a 64bit server and have installed the exchange management tools on the same server. When a new user account is created the mailbox is created on an exchange 2010 database but is marked as a legacy mailbox. I can change the mailbox type from legacy to user by running a powershell command, however I want the mailboxes to be created correctly from the template. Any help
Group reports from multiple domains
I have one parent domain with a child domain (both of which are configured in ADMP). Some users in the child domain are members of security groups that reside in the parent domain. When I run a report of that group's members, it only includes members of the parent domain. How can I run a report to include both domain members? Thank you! David

Email Subscriptions for Updates

ADManager Plus - Adding colums to 'Delete Users' Window
Hello Currently when deleting a user, in the user selection screen we have the default columns which are as follows Full Name First Name Logon Name Account Status Last Logon Time Distinguished Name We require that additional columns are added to this view such as Office Name. Scheduled Reports - Custom Columns
The addition of the scheduled reports by OU is nice, however the reports are not very useful. For instance, if I run an Inactive Users report manually, I can add the Last Logged on Time. I don't get (or can't add) this to the scheduled report. I'd also like to add the Last Modified Date to the scheduled report for Disabled Users so I know when they were disabled. But I can't do this either. Same for adding the Created Date for Users Never Logged On. etc What would be valueable would be to take any

Template not parsing a field
Hello, I've been working on creating User Templates however the First Name field never parses into the remaining fields. For Example: First Name: John Last Name: Doe Results in: Display Name: doe, (New york) E-mail: .Doe@Domain.com First name is omitted. We've tried to create new templates from scratch and continue to encounter this issue. Looking for advice or a possible fix. Thanks for your help with this.

Workflow Approval notifications are not being sent. However, Created & Rejected notifications are being sent.

We have 3 ManageEngine Products. ADManager Plus Service Desk Plus (enterprise) Desktop Central (Enterprise) I have been asked to find out which clients have RDP enabled. I am unsure how to exactly to pull this request as I'm not seeing these options in the reports for any of the three products. Is this something that can be done through a custom report? OCS 2007 and Enhanced Presence
I was having a problem with my OCS accounts that were created by AD Manager were not automatically enabled for Enhanced Presence. This was not letting the users log in to Communicator... which is a bit of a problem. I finally solved this by using a script in the OCS 2007 Resource Kit.
