I have this situation:

Some users login in the AD just once (in their lives), after that, They just use OWA using a Linux machine browser for example.

Inactive Users Reports detects those users as Inactive (It doesnt matter if I select Never logged user or Not).

Why does it happen ? If an user put an username and password in OWA, in some manner he is authenticated
