We are looking for a report that will help predict or show future hard disk trending based on past consumption. I have looked at OpStor, but that is much more than we require. Does this ability exist in OpMan? Thanks, Karl

This device is presently not reachable - problem
Hi, i'm monitoring about 39 devices, and from time to time i get the message "This device is presently not reachable" " This device is presently not reachable. OpManager will detect and rediscover the device once it is up." i get this on random servers, i monitor centos 6.5 and ubuntu 14 if i ping the message, it works, if i test the login credentials it also works (CLI) but the monitor says , device not reachable, please help
Cannot see history of device down going back up
In all alarms I can only see the last status of a device being up again. I would like to see all the down and up of all device in ALL ALARMS

Graphic Incorrect
We have in our OP enabled graphics in Real Time, where we monitor bandwidth consumption and traffic of a particular link. The monitored link is 30MB but notice that the graphics pass of 30MB or 100% when monitored by%. Attached follows evidence of graphics. Could verify, please ?
APC UPS Alert for On Battery
Hello, I receive an alarm in OpManager for my APC UPS devices however I am not finding a way to receive a notification for this alarm. I have setup a notification profile and selected everything available and still nothing. OpManager can obviously see that the UPS is On Battery, but why cant I associate any kind of email notification? Thanks, Chase

Threshold alarm not clearing

Recently I installed OpManager v11600, and I created a custom monitor to monitoring the BGP Peer State for a Cisco Device, then I configured the threshold for critical alarm when the value of this monitor was different of "6". When the value was "1" I received the Critical Alarm, but when I received a value "6" the alarm wasn't cleared. Why ? Performance Database - increase statistics retention
Hi, We have a medium size opmanager setup - 500 devices, 6000 interfaces monitored. We poll most of our metrics each 5 minutes. We have the default retention statistics, so 7 days detailed, 30 days hourly and 1 year daily. our setup is running in a virtualized environment, with 1 VM windows 2012(opmanager server) 4CPU, 8GB RAM, 1 VM for SQL 2008 My network team would like to increase the polling up to 1 minute for network devices(around 100 devices). Alarms not clearing
I've filled out the Support form twice and received zero reply after several days. I phoned the Support line and left a message asking them to contact me and received no reply. I have many monitors which go into alarm status late at night as backup and maintenance processes stress the servers out of hours. Of course, once these processes have finished, the stress goes away and OpManager shows, eg 1% CPU usage. Even though I have a rearm value of 84%, and 1% is less than 84%, the alarms don't clear

Hi, after i created a new template for Cisco Aironet 1602E, i try to add new monitors, example "Signal Quality Wireless" and "Signal Strenght Wireless" as in picture. Work fine, but when i look on Monitor label about new monitors i see strange value look on picture "strange_value.png". What does that value means ? Can i change it ? Thk

CPU MONITORING - WMI
We have several hundred servers that we monitor cpu, memory, drives, etc. In the CPU Utilization we have many different thresholds set for intervals and consecutive times entered. Our most important servers are schedule for 1 minute intervals 5 consecutive times. We have never been able to see a stable timing for cpu's. It posts at 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 2 minutes, etc. Has anyone run into this type of problem. I have tested with 5 minute intervals, 1 consecutive time, and I still receive varying
WMI not monitoring correctly as per parameters set for the server
We have 500+ servers that we manage. We have set up monitors for CPU, MEMORY, DRIVES, ETC. In reviewing the timings on the CPU monitors by WMI, we have found that it does not monitor correctly for the time and interval parameters we have entered. We also have set up SNMP for the CPU and find that it keeps perfect time for the testing that we are running. Since we monitor most servers with WMI monitors, why can't that monitoring system keep the timings as well as SNMP monitors. We have been
CCTV - Struggling To Load - High CPU Usage
Hi guys We're currently running opmanager in our virtual environment with a CCTV View of one of our devices displaying network usage. We use Chrome and keep getting lots of issues where the graphs are not been displayed and 'the circle' is spinning It's the same when we use I.E. and we get 'spikes' of CPU usage on the VM ANyone else experienced this and have any ideas for a fix??
How to restore all the default dashboards in OPmanager
Hi, I'm migrating my OPmanager server to a fresh new server and have migrated my database successfuly. Although a few administrators have messed around with the dashboards and I'm missing the default ones (like vmware and hyper v overviews). So I would rather just delete all the dashboards and start from scratch with the default ones. Issue with Discovery Windows Service Monitors
Seem to have a problem when adding windows service monitors. If I click the link to discover services from device it generates the dreaded RPC server is unavailable message. I have done all the usual things - checking services on the client, WBEMTEST etc but all is working normally. Clients are running Windows Server 2012 R2 and the OpManager build number is 11600. Any ideas?
Report for BGP sessions
Hello all, I am using OpManager to monitor my bpg sessions when they are up or down... Now i need to create an report for a particular device to give the information about all bgp outages (up/down) states. I have mail notifications or each single one, but i need to know is there a custom report that can be created to generate that info? Off topic: Does OpManager can monitor changes in the routing table for a particular device?
Opmanager Keeps logging me out
I have had this issue for some time, but it is getting progressively worse. I log into opmanager and I click on anything, the page refreshes but it is not a standard refresh it logs me out and logs me back in. I have tried an alternate browser and still run into the issue. What also happens is that sometimes pages load blank especially when I have the CCTV running on a big screen. I honestly cannot do anything within the webpage because it stops working. I am using WMI credentials in OPManager but where is the main administrator inserted that i am unable to find it.
