Issue with Notification Profile - Gmail
We are using Gmail's SMTP servers for our notifications. We have configured the Mail Server settings and receive the test email with no issue. However, when we create a notification profile and test it, we receive this error:
Exception occured while executing Send Email action. Please verify the settings for the same
When I review the notification log file, this is what I see:
10:06:45:782 Notifications: Exception occured while executing Send Email action. Please verify the settings for the same:java.lang.ClassCastException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException cannot be cast to javax.mail.MessagingException
Not sure how to correct this.....
