Login to pgsql database using command prompt

Execute the query
Get the user's Zuid (replace first_name with appropriate value)
select zuid,first_name from iamuser;
Make him Admin by replacing the text in red with the value
update iamuser set user_role=2 where zuid in ('zuid')
