Changing hostname in Servicedesk >Admin >Advanced Analytics settings

Lets assume analyticsplus.server.com:8443 as the FQDN that you wish to update in servicedesk>Admin>Advanced analytics settings page

Launch Command prompt in servicedesk server as administrator
Navigate to <ServicedeskPlus_home>\pgsql\bin >psql.exe -U postgres -p 65432

Execute
>\c servicedesk
update zohoreportsconfiguration set param_value='https://analyticsplus.server.com:8443' where param_name='URL';
update zohoreportsconfiguration set param_value='https://analyticsplus.server.com:8200' where param_name='ACCOUNTSURL';
\q

Exit command prompt and modify the following entries in the common_params.conf file.

Entries to be modified,
<ServiceDesk Home>\zreports\uploadtool\conf\common_params.conf and update below entries with target FQDN
● REPORT_SERVER_URL
● IAM_SERVER_URL

Restart Servicedesk Services
