Opmanager still connecting to server
Hello I deleted server from Opmanager. Also deleted WMI credentials from Opmanager. But in firewall logs I still see that Opmanager tries to login to that server. Why?

Hello, I was curious if there is a way to make it so that you can reply to an email alert to automatically set settings in OpManager. For Example, lets say I got an alert for a device being down. It would be handy to be able to simply reply to the email Alert with commands such as Acknowledged, Cleared, Assign Tech, Unmanage. This would be good for items that you cant get right away. An example would be you getting email alerts in the middle of the night to your phone, you are fine with the system

Hi, Is there a way to get opmanager to find more specific hardware details about servers?(memory, cpu) Such as Service-Tag would also be great to have Opmanager pulling. Even Spiceworks does these things, and that is a freeware... Cheers!
How to alert using conditional statements

Virtual Device - Unable to change IP Address
Opmanager is picking up the actual physical NIC IP configuration of a VM machine, which is in our DMZ. So in order for me to apply the WMI monitors to this device, I need to put the IP address which I use to get WMI queries to it (through our load balancer). That IP also has a DNS record which coincides with the name I've given the device. So when I try to change the IP, opmanager won't let me save it, it just comes back with the original DMZ address. Any workaround?
Secure Windows Authentication
Is there currently a form secure windows authentication, such as LDAPS? Also if so how do we enable this feature of OpManager.

Custom Monitor Graphs
Hi, I have managed to add custom monitor for my custom device (environmental sensor) and added the correct OID's- In the test page I can see all performance monitors are working/functional and receiving values. But I would like to see a graph of the data, like the CPU, I/O graphs on the server pages. How can it be done ?
SMS Modem does not send SMS anymore
Hi, I am using Opmanager 8812 along with a Multitech GPRS GSM Wireless modem to send SMS notifications for alarms. After a while i see that the modem stops sending the SMS and the SMS_OUT table has alot of SMS with dispatch_date as NULL i.e. these SMS have not been sent. This is a very critical production system and we have no other way to receive alerts. Could you recomment some customisation/fine tuning or troubleshooting in order to resolve the issue. Graph does not match data
When I generate a traffic utilization graph that is beyond one day (week, 7-day, month, etc) the graph displayed does not match the data shown in the table. For example, below is a one month traffic report graph for an interface. I know for a fact this interface spikes to 20M every night and the data in the table show max in/out at over 20M. Note that the graph shows traffic maxing out at 4.25M. I suspect that the graph is showing some average, but that is not helpful for me. Is there any way
Log Analyzer plugin stopped working after trial period
I am using the free version of OpManager, as I have only 10 devices to monitor. I was told that Log Analyzer plugin would work in the free version but after the trial period ended, I can no longer access Log Analyzer. The same thing happened with App Manager, too. The web page is no longer accessible for either product.
Alarm Clear messages looping after status "Clear"
Sometimes we get looping alarm "Clear" messages via e-mail or SMS, even though it should only send 1 message I presume. In this example two of our switch ports went down yesterday at about 15:15, and within 1 minute they were up again. Opmanager sent three "Trouble" messages correctly, and also three "Clear" messages correctly both in e-mail and SMS. Folder Monitor
I setup a folder monitor to notify me when a folder is changed. This doesn't happen very often, but when it does I want to know about it. The first time it notified me I thought it was working great. Then another hour passed and the monitor notified me again that the folder changed and the notification had the same date/time as the first notification. Once the folder is modified the monitor should not notify me until it changes again. Have I missed a setting somewhere?
Issues with WMI and DCOM
Hi, For a while now, I've been having issues with WMI and DCOM rendering OpManager only half as good as it was before. From my OpManager server, I am unable to authenticate to any other server on my network so none of my stats including memory and CPU usage, SQL information, etc. are showing up on any of the systems in OpManager. Hello, When logged into OpManager and I open Virtualization > All Devices and click on a host, it looks like it wants to take me to the probe screen (example link is: http://10.3.1.52/devices/objectdetails.do?requestid=SNAPSHOT&name=10.2.1.11.10000000001) But it fails to load the page, because it refreshes to "http://win7" instead of the IP "http://10.3.1.52" Win7 is the name of the server, but "win7" doesn't resolve on our network. OpManager to monitor free space on NTFS mounted volumes
We are looking to monitor the free space/used space on several NTFS mounted drives. I have tried the Folder monitor but errors arise from no files. Is this the correct method to be monitoring these drives? NetApp LUNs --> NTFS folder mounted drives on Server 2012 R2. Thanks.

Duplicate VM entries on Hyper-V cluster member

Eaton UPS "UPS battery is low"
I have an Eaton 9355 with the ConnectUPS-X Web/SNMP card. OpManager 9101 is showing the alarm "UPS battery is low", however I believe this to be wrong. I can't see where the alarm is triggered as the Monitors are all normal. How do I correct/verify this alarm?

error unable to connect to mail server check port
I am trying to setup the mail server settings so i can get alert email. I can ping the mail server by name or ip and verified the port is active I used the telnet test telnet server 25 I get mail service ready. not sure why it will not take in optmanager. I dont have to use outside mail server name or ip, internal should work, I did not see on optmanagr where to check error logs?

CCTV View in SharePoint
so using an iframe combined with cctv view and embedding the user name and password into the url as outlined in this post: https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/viewing-cctv-or-dashboard-outside-of-opmanager#49000003898078 i am able to successfully embed a dashboard view into SharePoint for my users to look at. See my attached screen shot. The problem i have is my users are actually able to follow links in CCTV view, view other dashboards, individual servers, and even change server asset information!!!
