I have an Eaton 9355 with the  ConnectUPS-X Web/SNMP card.

OpManager 9101 is showing the alarm "UPS battery is low", however I believe this to be wrong.

I can't see where the alarm is triggered as the Monitors are all normal. 

How do I correct/verify this alarm?
