ServiceDeskPlus MSP Upgrade Instructions
Kindly follow the below instructions for the upgrade.
1. We highly recommend you do the upgrade in a test environment first.
2. Below is the upgrade path, kindly proceed with the upgrade based on your current version:
10500 >> 10538 >> 10600 >> 10611 >> 13000 >> 13004 >> 14000 >> 14200 >> 14300 >> 14500 >> 14600 >> 14620 >> 14700
Follow the instructions to install the service pack.
In case of upgrade failure, immediately zip the logs folder under <Drive:>/ManageEngine/ServiceDeskPlus-MSP/logs and upload them here.
NOTE :
1. After each upgrade, please start the application and make sure it is running fine.
2. It is highly recommended to take a backup of the application before each upgrade or if it is feasible, you can take a snapshot of both the servers (Application & Database, if you are using MS-SQL installed in a different server).
