Troubleshooting - Website Content Monitor
Prerequisites:
- Web Page Accessibility: Ensure the web page monitored is accessible from the machine where the Applications Manager is installed.
- Proxy Configuration: If a proxy is required to access the URL, ensure that the same proxy settings are configured within the Applications Manager. Click here to learn how to configure the proxy.
- Bypass Proxy: If you have configured a proxy in Applications Manager, but want to bypass it for the URL, add the corresponding host/IP under the "Do not use proxy for addresses beginning with" section in the "Configure Proxy" page: Navigate to Settings > Product Settings > Proxy Server Settings.
Troubleshooting
1.Not able to add monitor
- Check if the web page is accessible from the machine where the Applications Manager is installed.

Reproduce the issue and share the latest Support Information File (SIF) from Applications Manager, with the "Print all logs" option enabled. To do this, go to Settings > Logging, and choose "Print all logs".
