Service is not running error troubleshooting

Follow the below steps to troubleshoot the error
  1. Ensure that the service you are trying to configure is actually running on the designated Host/IP and Port.
  2. If the service is running, ensure it is accessible from the machine where applications manager is installed.
  3. Run the below command in Applications Manager installed server  and check the response to ensure service is running.
    1. telnet HostName Port    (Replace HostName and Port with your service Host and Port)
  4. If the proxy configuration is required to access the service from the machine, Ensure to configure the same in applications manager. Click here for more info.
  5. Check if the "SSL is enabled" option is selected if the service uses HTTPS communication.
