1. What are the pre-requisites and limitations for SDP On-Premise to SDP Cloud migration?

2. What permissions are required to perform the migration?

SDP Cloud --> The user should be OrgAdmin and have SDAdmin permission.

SDP ON-premise --> The user must have SDAdmin role. Additionally, enable Project Admin role for the same user.

3. How to enable or locate the SDP OP to SDP OD Migration option in the SDP On-Premise UI?

  1. Run the below query in your PGSQL / MSSQL database:

  2. update globalconfig set paramvalue='true'
    where category='OPtoODMigration' and parameter='isEnabled';

  3. Restart the application service.

  4. Navigate to:
    Admin → General → Migrate On-Premises to Cloud

4. What data will be migrated to the SDP cloud?
