How to increase the records per page in Eventlog Analyzer

Objective

By default, EventLog Analyzer displays 10 records per page in the Reports section. While users can manually adjust this number, the change is temporary. This article will guide you through configuring a global rule so that all reports consistently display a specific number of records per page.

Prerequisites

  1. Ensure you have access to the EventLog Analyzer console with either the Administrator role or a Custom role that includes 'Configure Product Settings' permissions.

Steps to follow

Step 1: Log in to Eventlog Analyzer as an administrator or as technician with the Configure Product Setting role.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Admin Settings > Product Settings.
Step 3: Under the Product configurations section, set the preferred value in the Records Per Page drop-down.
Step 4: Click Save.

Validation and confirmation

To confirm the setting was properly configured, sign out of Eventlog Analyzer and log back in.
  • Then, check the number of records displayed per page in one or two reports.
