HTML in email templates
Hi, Just wondering how/if I can edit the html of the email templates directly? I cant seem to get any html code to work in the default editor and I was wondering if there is somewhere else i should be editing the template? Thanks, Kyle
Can not config Active Directory o Support center
Dear IT Support, I have installed and configured but I always get error message below "FAILURE : Could not enable Active Directory Authentication. Ensure Domain Controller is configured for at least one of the Public Domains". New user request form and workflow
I'm just wondering if there is a standard/supported/best practice way of creating a New User Request electronic form and accompanying workflow, to automate AD user account creation entirely within SD+. In essence, I'd like for certain Requesters (Managers, Department Heads etc) to have access to a New User Request form within SD+ that contain the standard fields necessary to create a new user. Ideally, this would then be submitted as a ticket and assigned to a technician who would skim over it quickly

Is ADManager Plus compatible with DUO for 2-factor authentication?
My company currently uses ADManager Plus to enable remote users to reset their AD password. It sits behind RSA 2-factor authentication on our VPN. RSA is currently not integrated with AD. We are replacing RSA with DUO for 2-factor authentication. Does ADManager Plus integrate with DUO for 2-factor authentication?
How do I delete App Catalog from my iPhone?
A few days ago an App Catalog icon appeared on my phone. I don't recall ever installing App Catalog. I have checked through my list of apps on iTunes but it is not listed. I can't delete the app. I am not part of an enterprise network - I am an individual. At first, the app just showed a white page with a 404, but now it finally loaded to say something about manageengine. So I Googled and found this site. Please explain how to remove it and also how it might have ended up on my phone. Thanks
Cannot Add ESXi Hosts
Hi, I have a problem adding ESXi hosts in our OpManager environment. This has worked fine previously but we have recently upgraded to OpManager 11 Build 11600 and i suspect that may be related. When I try and add a new ESXi host i now get the below error: Failed to connect the VMware Server WebService(Only vCenter Monitoring supported) Is it no longer possible to add ESXi hosts directly? If not, what's the correct procedure for monitoring these devices now? Thanks, Lee

I am trying to run a network scan and I am having some problems with it. It runs a simple scan and very basic info is written into asset inventory. I can see basic info for workstations that probe collected on given network range. However, it fails to collect detailed info by pushing SDPOD_MiniAgent onto the workstations. Customizing requester's home page, change email request password
Dear all, I would like to ask, if there is a possibility to remove (or at least to edit it) the whole right side / panel on requester's home page - Watch Portal Usage video and the text below. My second, major, question is regarding the initial password, which the requester receives for the first time, when he creates the request via e-mail. How to remove word "OPERATION" from templates
We updated from a rather old version and now I notice that in a lot of notification emails the word OPERATION (see Yellow marked below) is added at the beginning. However I do not see that in the template(s). Where is this added and how can I remove it again? Improvements to the Dashboard.
This is purely a cosmetic feature, but it would be nice to be able to get more information at a glance from the dashboard. Most people have widescreen monitors these days and it would be nice if you could get more on it. Unless we change the font size, I get 3" voids on either side of the dashboard. Seems a waste of space. I'd like to see more gadgets available to the Techs. Things that show meters (like the SLA meters) for anything from ticket load per tech for example. Thanks Jason

AD Manager Plus import / export facilities
Hi, I saw that software has a facilty to import csv files with user details per existing tab. Does the software allow to export the data of the users existing in the AD. The best function for me would be to be able to export and import all the fields (empty or not) for all the users. Is this possible or will this feature be available in the future? PS i have just started evaluating the software & maybe considering to buy it.
Technician Email Alert Not Sent
Hi, Having a problem with the "Alert Technician by Email when a request is assigned to them" feature. Email notifications aren't being sent to technicians when the technician is assigned the request via the "Assign Group or Technician" window from the Request View. Notifications are sent to technicians when the request is assigned using the "assign to" feature from the All Requests page (and filtered variations of all requests). No records of view VM listed in Hyper-v view
Hello, I have added a Hyper-v server but i cant see my VM listed in Virtual Machine tab The Hyper-v host is added correctly but no information about VMs or host information OpManager 11600 in 11200 version this was working. Thanks for any help! Nicolas

We are planning to upgrade from v9102 to v9208 or later, though I've read quite a lot of complaints of SDP admins having quite a few problems after upgrades. Wasn't sure where to post this - remote usage
I have downloaded alot of the programs - OpManager, DesktopCentral, SupportCenter, ApplicationManager, DeviceExpert, etc.... I would like to use all of this products remotely - I know that I can use some of the products remotely like OpManager but can I use the rest of the products remotely? If so can someone point me in the right direction to get them configured? Also, is there any way to manage Apple products (macs, server, iphones) Thanks Matt
