How do I delete App Catalog from my iPhone?
A few days ago an App Catalog icon appeared on my phone. I don't recall ever installing App Catalog. I have checked through my list of apps on iTunes but it is not listed. I can't delete the app. I am not part of an enterprise network - I am an individual.
At first, the app just showed a white page with a 404, but now it finally loaded to say something about manageengine. So I Googled and found this site.
Please explain how to remove it and also how it might have ended up on my phone.
