I have 2 templates for Users - Incident and Request templates. No matter which is chosen there is an additional " Change Template " button at the top of the screen which has an additional drop down option " Default Request " which I would like to remove from view. Is this possible or can I remove the " Change Template " button completely ?

Are there any plans in RoadMap to add Account Specific/Site Announcements? Currently, you can not post an announcement that is only relevant to a specific region, account, site, group or department. This would really help in providing proactive communication to customers.

The Website says 7.6 The "about" in my instance of SDP MSP says 7.5.1 (7513 build) Does this mean I can download the 7.6 on the website and it will upgrade my current installation? >>>Michael
CAL requirements for the underlying server
Just a thought - Windows Server requires CALs for every system that connects to it. I assume this means that an MSP will have to buy a CAL for every PC they're managing - either that or possibly an External Connector License. How have other MSPs dealt with this?

How I can analice and get access remote of all machine that not belong to my domain? for example in my organization there are visitors of other companies and their domains are differents to mi company domain. I don't have the active directory of those companies, by network the scan it works, but I can not get Access remote the message error is: ERROR:No response received from workstation. Probably the workstation might be switched off or does not exist. What I need to configure. because I do averything
Change Account on Request
I see that this is not possible but i have two scenarios: 1) a request was accidentally created associated with the wrong account. What is the best way to correct this? 2) i'd like the technicians to be able to create requests simply by sending an e-mail to the helpdesk e-mail account. Is there a way to have these requests not associated to an account as i see from another post that requests not associated with an account can be later given this association? Is there a better way? thanks,
Turn off automatic tasks
Hi, We have a user who has left. I have deleted his accounts and am still getting some automatic requests from him via a ticket. Any idea where to go and turn this off? Thanks Rob

Different Companys(Portal) same login name conflicts ?
Hey , Just bought MSP plus , i have several AD to synchronize with . some of the AD's has the same user accounts(login names) on different companys, how do i open the web portal for three different companys that has similar user account name ? i want user name " Davidh" that exsist in two different companys AD's can both login with their user names , each one to his portal without any confilcts (with or without AD Authentication marked ) . Is it possible to install multiple copies of the web server with only on backend database?
We would like to install a web server to present the SDP MSP user interface to our customers on thier site/network but the database to be located on a server that is on our site(for security reasons. This will need to be done for multiple customers. so a backend Database server with the SDP MSP database installed on our network and the java/web server to be in stalled on multiple sites (belongiong to customers) but able access the central database with us through a VPN. hope this is clear :)
